Ketan, very rude customer service by this person. People should get proper training before get into this customer service job

I don't know what is wrong with this place, but I paid the usual amount for gas and only got a quarter of my gas tank, I felt ripped of. In any other shell station, I get 3 quarters

What AWFULL customer service.......I was .03 cents short on my purchase and they made me use my visa for 3 cents!!!!!! Don't they understand it cost them more to use the visa per transaction then 3 cents.... congrats u made a customer upset and lost money!!!!
