This PET STORE Has to be the BEST PET SORE I HAVE EVER EXPERIENCED, THEY HAVE EVERYTHING YOU WOULD NEED FOR ANY ANIMAL (EXOTIC PETS) THAT YOU WOULD NEET , EVEN AN AWESOME ASSORTMENT OFF ANY SEASON CLOTHING , JACKET BOOTIES ETC. THAT YOU COULD NEED , QUALITY STUFF AT THAT ...DON'T WASTE ANYMORE TIME IN GETTING THERE TO BUY YOUR PETS HEALTHY FOOD ETC. ,THE PEOPLE THERE ARE SO KNOLEDGEABLE , HELPFULL AND MOST OF ALL VERY POLITE ... Best and yes amazing employees that work there. I had so many worries about giving my newest family member a bath with soap that can be harmful to him. They showed me the best dog shampoo for special skin. Wow, he feels great. Also have me feed back on which food is best for him too. Thank you so much and I am forever coming to your store.

We were warmly welcomed when we arrived 5 minutes before closing and the Sales associate was so helpful. I will 100% recommend this Canadian brand store and continue to give them my business. The sales associate was Al. Thanks again for your help! Also apologies for coming in so close to closing ?

The WORST shopping experience. The cashier and the manager asked for original post of the coupon. And they will use thousand reason to stop you to use any coupon. Their tone and attitude make you free like you doing wrong thing and shouldn’t use it. I never have this experience in my life.Few months ago I got an email said I got a free treat for my Pet. The manager just took the phone from my hand to verify is it true ??. Why!!! If you store don’t want people to use coupon and free birthday gift then just cancel it. I don’t deserve that from your stuff.I have visit Aurora, Vaughan . All the stuff and helpful and nice.

We absolutely loved the level of customer service that we got at this location. It was our first time here and Lauren went above and beyond to help us with an issue that we were having with a gift card. From now on we will only shop here for everything we need for our puppy!

Service in this store is incredibly excellent! The staff always take the time to educate me on product information and they help me choose the right food, toys, treats for my puppy. They siesta make me feel very welcomed when I visit their store!?

Alyssa and Ryan were so amazing and so helpful. They went above and beyond, even getting on the ground to assist me putting on a harness, and continuing to welcome every customer into the store as they came in. Amazing customer service!! They had great recommendations too!
