“Torn whether to give 4 or 5 stars, I will tentatively give 5 because while not perfect, the shop has passionate and helpful staff as well as some very helpful programs and services such as fry buyback programs and free water tests. Very convenient location for all aquarist needs and much more reliable and helpful than places such as PetSmart.”

“Hands down the best reptile store. The employees are super knowledgeable and kind! Great variety of feeders (worms, bugs, frozen or live rats & mice), excellent variety of reptiles available for purchase. They have all the accessories, equipment, and terrariums you could need. If you have a scaly friend or want one you should ABSOLUTELY go here over petsmart or other competitors, you will not be disappointed.”

“I'm so impressed and thankful for the staff at this location. I went in today and purchased 2 beautiful budgies and was given so much help, assistance and knowledge by Natasha and a couple of the other employees. They made sure I had all I needed for my new friends. The fire alarm rang as I was cashing out and in the process of loading my birdies in the car and leaving I locked my keys in the car. Manager and Natasha were unbelievably kind and so helpful, staying with me and my baby ensuring I got CAA that eventually came. They went above and beyond the buying experience and I'm so grateful! “Paws in the bath did an INCREDIBLE job with our Labradoodle Beau! Meggan was fantastic and listened to exactly what we wanted done. The last groomer we attended did a horrific hack job, and Meggan listened to our concerns and corrected his hair accordingly! We would HIGHLY recommend this place, it was our first time here and we will most definitely be back! Thank you again!!”
