I dropped my wife's car off with an exhaust leak today. They called a short time later and explained what has to be replaced and a cost that was more than fair. They did a professional job and is why l always support the small independents.

My car had noise coming from front brakes. Dealership service that completed brake job on the car 6 months before advised me to replace rotors, calipers and pads. I asked One Stop fot second opinion and they found out that dust shield was bent and rubbing against the rotor. They fixed the issue free of charge.

I had to wait for a few days to get an appointment as the shop was pretty busy. I had an exhaust noise on an older Subaru. The service visit was handled competently, and I was back on the road in a much quieter car in a couple of hours. The cost was reasonable and in line with their quote. So good job!

Very good, confident customer service and flexible in terms of being able to squeeze you in last minute. Fast and professional. The ownership has changed within the past couple of years and Jesse has done a great job earning the trust of older customers, while holding and raising the reputation of the company. A good atmosphere in the shop and I feel comfortable that the crew all seem to be in good spirits. Generally a sign that there aren’t many issues that stick in the workplace, which is key when the issues coming in are our means of transportation. The shop is quite far from home and I pass many others to get there. I’ll leave it at that!

Charging $96 for 5 minutes scanning without prior info to the customer is very disappointing.How much per hour?!Unfortunately, just money talks.. :(

Came here for the first time with out knowing what was going on with my Jeep and Jessie took his time to make sure the loud sound under my car was fixed ( front pipe Exhaust) I waited for it just a few hours with a coffee offered by then.
