The wiring on my trailer was not working, which meant I would have had to change vacation plans. Phoned and went to at least 6 other shops and they would either not want to help or not be able to look at it for a few weeks. The place that installed the wiring tried to upsell me a new wiring package for several hundred bucks and it would still be 2 weeks. Jim saw me the next morning, identified the problem as nothing more than a blown fuse, and fixed it right away without even charging. This allowed me to take my tent trailer on vacation, as originally planned. Very happy with this service. Thanks Jim!!!
