“Was a little worried because I've never purchased a used office chair before, but the price was hard to beat. The chair came exactly as pictured (they don't disassemble it thankfully) and works fantastic. I would absolutely recommend and purchase from them again!
Only slight con is that the shipping process feels a bit outdated but I think that's just the trouble with moving office furniture around.
Process (only during business hours):
- order online
- receive confirmation and notice that they'll call for shipping date
- took 3 days and an email to find out when it was shipping
- shipped 1 week after receiving call
Compared to buying it from any manufacturer, it could take double the time. Not a huge con for me, just the heads up for anyone else purchasing”
