A really fabulous car buying experience. Just picked up my demo Subaru Outback. Travis was awesome and a great person to deal with. Francois was great as well in closing and finalizing my deal. The whole process from start to finish was stress free and relaxing. Kudos to all the folks who work here. I would recommend this dealer to anyone looking for a new or used vehicle.

If it were possible to give LESS than one star I would. I drove two hours to meet with Kai, one of the sales reps. The appointment was confirmed that morning and when I arrived, on schedule, he was not available. Eventually I found him and he said he would be 5 minutes. Twenty minutes later and still waiting, I had enough. Rather than prioritize me as a customer, he was jockying cars. I later shared this with the sales manager and to say he was indifferent would be like saying nothing all. What an utter disappointment. I should add that Kai could not even be bothered to follow up as to why I was no longer waiting at the dealership. Must be nice to be so busy that customers don't matter ...

Mr. Mo Chehade, this person is an utter asset to this Subaru dealership. I have been involved in the auto industry for 25 years now with over 30 cars in my ownership and he is by far one of the most pleasant individuals to deal with. The man goes ABOVE AND BEYOND his duties. He is incredibly patient, polite and diligent.
My original experience was with "J", the young service advisor lady; the conversation was not so pleasant. I requested escalation to the manager and Mo changed my negative perspective towards the dealership entirely.
Mo, I cannot thank you enough for making my Outback as good as new again.

This was my first experience buying a Subaru. I have always had Toyota and Hyundai, but my research this time came down to buying a Honda, Subaru or Toyota.
Francis sales approach around safety, client care and support was so impressive, I bought the car. One of the other reasons I bought the Subaru was the fact that features lacking in the other manufacturers equivalent models, was available in the model of the Subaru I purchased. Sometimes it's the little extras that make a big difference.
I would also like to acknowledge Leo who provided excellent financing service.

This was hands down, THE best used car purchase I have ever experienced - and I have bought many cars! After spending months researching vehicles, visiting numerous dealerships and test-driving many cars, I feel extremely grateful that I attended NewRoads Subaru. I was greeted warmly by my salesman, Jonathan Mersereau. I felt heard and respected (which I have found is often lacking as a woman buying a car)! Jonathan answered all my questions honestly and took me on several test drives. His follow-up was second to none - with zero pressure. Once I decided between two vehicles, the buying experience was amazing. I was given a great price on my trade-in and we easily found middle ground with the assistance of Rob, the Sales Manager.
Kasia, the Financial Services Manager, was super friendly, helpful, and efficient. I got a great finance rate, and the signing was well-prepared and smooth.
My car was ready when promised and looked amazing!
Although this dealership is an hour from my home, it was worth the drive to Newmarket!
I highly recommend this dealership and especially Jonathan for his no-pressure sales and my high-quality vehicle.

Great experience with Mathew and the team at NewRoads Subaru Newmarket. Mathew was knowledgable and made leasing our Subaru Ascent Onyx quick and easy. Gave me plenty of pricing scenarios until we settled on what was best for me. Would recommend to anyone looking to get a new Subaru.

My husband and I just started to Lease a Subaru Ascent. From the moment we walked in, we were welcomed by Mathew and he was very knowledgeable. Mathew answered all of our questions and I was able to take the vehicle for a test drive. On the day of pick up, Mathew continued to be welcoming and continued to answer any of our questions. Mathew even gave us a call a couple of hours after pick up, to make sure everything went smoothly on our way home. Francois, who helped on the financial side, was also very friendly and knowledgeable: he was patient with both of our young children while going over all the details of a Lease.
