From the first contact with Vish 10 days ago, to picking up the car 5 days later, we were treated with courtesy and respect, Vish was amazing to deal with, he went above and beyond to help us find the perfect car! He was extremely personable and accommodating and made the whole experience of buying a car easy and enjoyable.I throughly recommend speaking to Vish the next time you want to buy a car and to go to new roads in Newmarket as their service is second to none.

Chris M is wonderful! He made the buying process very easy and was so accommodating while we were dealing with my toddler at the time of purchase. Moreover, most importantly- I never felt pressured into purchasing. He explained all the features of the vehicle between him and James we were able to come up with a payment plan that works for me. Overall, I had a great experience at Newmarket Jeep and I’m excited to drive my new Jeep!

Dear Review ReaderI own a 2016 Red Chrysler 300 , in which I had an appointment today at 9:15AM for a transmission service . They took my keys and confirmed the price ($380) with me and had me sign the work order .Then 30 mins later the service writer hands me my keys and said they won’t do it because it’s life time fluid and it would be $800 dollars. Would they not have told me this when I booked and made the appointment? This is after explaining to them that I took a fluid sample prior indicating the fluid is discoloured. I would have had no problem paying the $800 but they were so unprofessional with the whole ordeal.Handing my keys back and parking my car outside left a bad taste in my mouth .I took the day off from work for the trans service hence being a complete waste of my time . The service departments estimating , booking and compete lack of customer service is deplorable.Jeff Djevdet

James was incredibly kind, he kept me in the loop every single step of the way and had me driving off in my car within a week of my appointment. James Morgan made buying a car the easiest process ever. He was incredibly vigilant, responsive to my questions, benevolent with his time and he worked so hard to get me into the car I wanted as quickly as possible. New Roads can be trusted with your vehicle and your pocketbook.There is a reason that the New Roads family owns and operates so many dealership's in the Newmarket area: trust.I brought my 2018 Dodge Journey in with well over 250k for a transmission flush on a Thursday morning having cleared the entire day because of my experience at other dealerships. Less than 2 hours later I paid for a transmission flush (no other maintenance was forced on me) and I was on my way.Professional service by courteous staff who communicated in a humane way with me as a customer. Get you and your Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep vehicle to New Roads Chrysler the next time you need service. I'll be back for a Dodge Grand Cherokee with heated seats (DEMO) once I am done paying for this Journey. :)
