I've been here a few times over the years and they've always been very courteous and everything is asked to be done was done. They called me if they found something else that's important to the safety of the truck, other stuff if I've told them to fix if it needed it. Gary Novak.

Awesome shop and honest mechanics that do what you ask and do what they say they will do. They have been my mechanic of choice since 2007. Owner active in the business as well and a pleasure to deal with.

Not impressed! -- at least with Cambridge. I phoned ahead for a simple brake line repair and was assured next day. I had a trip planned. Next day, no phone call. When I finally called them, I was told that a "fleet" of vehicles came in. 2 days later they finally got around to my van. I had to reschedule my trip plus the runaround. So much for first come, first serve. Doubt I'll be taking my "fleet" to Mr. Mechanic any time soon.

Customer for a couple of years. They provide great service and are very professional. Husband and wife owned business and they seem to treat they employees and customers with a great deal of respect. When I had an issue they immediately found a way to resolve it and not to push the problem away.
