Got accused of stealing in front of many customers at the store, when I didn't take anything. I emptied my pockets and asked them what they were looking for. The employee I was dealing with said "i don't know". It was very embarrassing had a terrible time looking for drinks the rest of my time at the store.

Had a horrible experience with my service dog inside this location. The manager was disrespectful and very offensive. If it wasn’t for this dog I wouldn’t have been able to even walk outside not mention go shopping. I definitely don’t recommend this LCBO for any decent human being. Very disappointed.

Very helpful in explaining how to read the tags where the price is displayed. This also explains the sugar content in the wine.
