Emma and Marissa . What an absolute steller human beings . I was so tired, on verge of breaking , when I walk in to the the store and these girls , absolute angels asked me I was okay, asked me I needed anything, water , a hug ... Anything and they heard me out, just the sweetest thing we can do is hear someone . After a harrowing day, I'll treatment in the mall by another store another employee, these girls ... Woah absolutely made my day bearable .

I was at the Newmarket la senza location about two weeks ago and had a very positive experience with a sales clerk named Vanessa. I dislike shopping for bras and it’s always awkward when I request a “stranger’s” help. Vanessa approached me and right away made me feel comfortable, her sense of humour and patience made everything so much more pleasant. I ended up purchasing three bras that were the perfect fit and now I know what the perfect bra for me is.Excellent service.

Sarah was so great in helping me figure out what works for me! She is the best. The staff is so polite and kind. Also, they make sure I’m finding everything ok every time I visit. The best employees ever! Thank you guys for making people comfortable!

Just want to write about the store associate with the blonde hair who measured me and advised me a whole of lot information that I didn’t know. I wish I had this information from other under garment stores or even other locations, would not have been wearing clothing for this long uncomfortably. Thank you, I didn’t get your name but I was visited this location on Sept 22 between 10 and 11 am so you know who you are. Highly recommended location!

I was in today and a really nice lady with amazing green cat eye nails helped me size for a new bra, and I was super unsure but she picked out a really nice 34C navy blue one and I just tried it on at home and it fits perfectly. I didn't get her name but she was amazing.
