Very good service and job done. I was late for several months for annual spray to keep the lock price. Last year I paid the new fee. This year they give me back the locked price. Happy about this!

Macy was a great help. Informative, offered me great options for getting my car in for rust proofing, was patient with me while we went over my availability. She also helped me out after hours when I was supposed to just drop-off my car. It was my first time going here (chose Krown based off another recommendation) and I really appreciated her going above and beyond and the fast service.

Very friendly people and quick service. I have been here twice now and both were pleasant experiences. Mcdonalds nearby to relax at for half hour. They call me when they are done so I can walk back. I forgot they give a discount for CAA members but they asked me when I paid anyways which was nice and appreciated. Wish every business was efficient like them!

There are several Krown locations closer by, but based on good things I heard and read about the Newmarket location, I decided to give them a try. They went above and beyond my expectations. Will definitely continue bringing my cars there for rust proofing!

Great team, great service, friendly. Been taking my family's five cars to Krown Newmarket for for 15+ years. My 88 year father drives from Scarborough to this Newmarket location!

Very pleasant experience. Highly recommend. Fast and efficient, and the job is done well. Special thanks to the professional and friendly front desk lady , whom I should remember the name , maybe next time , when I take my another SUV to do the rust proof :)

After completing the treatment on my RX-8, they not only washed my car but offered me a couple of highly absorbent towels to dry it off. Nice touch!!!
