Employee working around noon time on Friday Aug 30 helped me find a pair of pants. Once he rung them in and as I was tapping my card he tells me by the way it's final sale. I called him out on it and told him he should have mentioned this before I paid and that it was done on purpose to ensure I pay and then he tell me. I brought the pants home to try with a few things and they did not workout but now I am stuck with them. Had I know beforehand I may not have purchased them. This kind of business practice is deceiving and I hope management sees this so it does not happen again to other customers in the future.

For Christmas my son received two sweaters as a gift. He tried them on and they fit. He wore one and then washed it exactly per the instruction tag. The sweater shrunk two sizes. We also tried the second sweater and same thing happened. The store would not take it back because the tags were off. How can one wash an item with the tags on? The gift receipt was still available. The store refused to return the items or refund the money. I will, of course tell anyone who will listen about this series of events. The quality is not up to par.

Sorry I won’t be shopping here again. Clothes are great, I’ve been shopping here for years but today I was told the company has decided to go ‘cashless’. Forget the politics, and I don’t care if it’s easier for you, you’ve lost me and my family as customers and I won’t be recommending it either

The service I got from one of the employees was just ?. He helped me find everything I needed, he checked in if sizes are good...took back what i didn't need. This guy took care of me all the way to checkout. Was a good deal too that day 50%off. Appreciate the effort

Super helpful staff. Brendan and Christian (hopefully these are spelled right - was hard to hear with the masks) were awesome. My partner and I came in for nothing in particular and the gents made great suggestions and were very personable. Will deff be back!

Walk in perfectly fine then a min later gets harassed by an employee. Never again will I go here. First time aswell. Terrible experience.
