Just visited the GAP to return a couple items. I had lost my receipt but purchases on my CC. The woman manager brown hair pony tail, tall was so unhelpful told me to call customer service , gave me the wrong number, spoke down to me and was so rude and miserable. Horrible store and service. Head office needs to do something not sure who would want to spend their hard earned money with such rude unhelpful and unhappy people. I won’t be returning plenty other places to shop that want your business.

Selection of clothes for men is not great. Very limited.

Nice store, lots of options. Found the perfect pair of jeans and was able to try them on in a spacious and clean changing room. Staff was kind and helpful. Overall a positive experience!

Was at The Gap in Upper Canada Mall on Sunday Oct 11. We stood at the change rooms waiting for a change room for a few minutes while 4 staff members chatted at the cash. A woman (who could have been the manager) came from the back room and walked right passed us and didn’t ask if we needed help. So I had to call out for assistance. And then back and forth for sizes while they stood around chatting. Lacking in customer service is an understatement
