My daughter and I have been to a number of bridal boutiques to try on dresses however she still could not find her perfect dress. Luckly, we were able to find her dress here! We could not believe our luck! We were shown a number of styles and cuts. The lady's there very patient in helping make my daughter wedding day a success. I purchased two beautiful shoes from them and I'm still in love with them. Honestly, super impressed with the comfort and quality of the material used! They have a lot of stylish clothing in store that I don't find in many stores. I will definitely be back for more!

The clothes are nice but with their bad customer service it's not worth going in. On multiple occasions I was spoken down to for asking simple questions.All inquiries, however simple, were greeted with offence.For example, we asked to try on a dress. Before allowing us, she made us confirm that we were able to afford the dress because "it is hard to sanitize".When we asked about a damage or worn on the fabric, we were told that's just the way it is and to "put it back".Overall very terrible experience and we left the shop after being treated with disrespect. It is really sad to see this happen in a reputable mall like Vaughan Mills, or even in our polite Canada. The person who served us was named Alia.

This was my worst experience in shopping. Alia, sake person, was very disrespectful and not responsive to my questions . I tried on 5 gowns but all of them looked like used dresses and when I asked about the poor condition of them she told me you can not ask because the dress was on sale. She was on the phone all the time and simply ignored me. Never recommenddd.
