I came in today to purchase a few items for myself. I was welcomed in by Sara who was so helpful, honest, patient and kind. She genuinely desired to help me put a few looks together for an event and some everyday outfits. As a mom who hasn't shopped for herself in a while and was looking for a new style, I needed all the help I could get. I felt so comfortable and amazed by the level of product knowledge and customer service by Sara and the rest of the staff here. Probably one of the best customer service experiences of my life to be honest. Highly recommend shopping here and I will be back again! Thanks to the team who made me feel so comfortable. I am very happy with my purchases today!

I frequent this store and they consistently have amazing customer service and are very helpful. I have had Julia assist me multiple times and she is incredibly kind and helpful, taking note of what I'm looking for, my likes and dislikes, and suggesting things I may like. She continues to help and check in throughout the whole shopping/trying on process right through to checking out. Overall a great store with great employees!

I knew as soon as I left the store I had to leave a review. I went in today with many online returns and was helped by Julia, who was so lovely! I always shop online and don’t like going into store for returns and she made it an absolute breeze! She also then helped me choose more clothing, got me a fitting room and cashed me out again! She was so friendly, caring and just overall very happy and helpful. Julia should get noticed for her outpouring positive energy! Thank you Julia :)

I recently went to this location to find something for my sister's birthday party and Sophia in the fitting room was amazing!!! she helped me find exactly what I needed and I couldn't ask for a better experience!!!

If I could give more than 5 stars I would! My recent experience here with Julia was more than amazing! She went above and beyond to help me find a flattering outfit for an event. Julia went out of her way to make me feel comfortable and confident throughout my entire experience with her. Thank you so much Julia, I got many compliments on the outfit you picked for me!

Disappointed. Waited almost 10 min to cash out while there was an available register and many available staff members who kept walking by, no one even acknowledged me. Manager also came to the counter and is unaware of stores activity. Staff needs better training and should focus on complete customer experience and not just the initial interaction for their commission purposes.

Not at all professional environment for staff. The upper canada mall manager Chantel has been recruiting people and firing them after a week that they are over staff. Moreover the employees are not paid for what they have worked and I don't understand why management is not taking action on such things.

Worst customer service. Just bots to talk to. Do not order online you won’t get your money back. Tried calling the store no answer either. Quick to charge but forever to give you your money back.

I bought a beautiful dress coat from Dynamite in Upper Canada mall last week. And Jessica was absolutely amazing and helpful and went out of her way to find different styles for me and made sure it was the proper fit. Thank you Jessica!!

My mom and I recently visited this location to buy some new outfits. We were very pleased with the service. The lady working there, Diana, did an amazing job helping us out efficiently and helped us find exactly what we needed in the correct size. Definitely recommend.
