“What a great experience! Lori/Laurie saved the day annd then made my day! I arrived at the Green Lane location to return some items I had ordered online. I didn’t realize I needed to bring the packing slip from the order as I assumed the online order on my account could be pulled up. Lori/Laurie found a solution and was able to find a step by step how-to process to work through the return without the original slip. She was delightful and funny while she tested each “should work” step and she was able to complete the return and eradicate my panic that I’d driven 35 minutes to ensure I met my return deadline only to have forgotten the required slip.She then also pointed me to the tack of returns where I might find pants in extra-long since my return was based on the long length not being long enough. I didn’t find on ya but I did find a fantastic must-have blazer!! The experience started off feeing like it was headed for disaster and Lori/Laurie was so committed to creating a solution and she quickly turned it all around. I’ll be back!!Suggestions: name tags for team members would allow us to give Lori/Laurie kudos while also getting her name right!And…. Please bring bootcut dress pants back in extra long!! Specifically the Bradley bootcut in solid classic colours (black, navy, dark grey)! We tall girls really need those 36” inseams!!”

“I came in today to purchase a few items for myself. I was welcomed in by Sara who was so helpful, honest, patient and kind. She genuinely desired to help me put a few looks together for an event and some everyday outfits. As a mom who hasn't shopped for herself in a while and was looking for a new style, I needed all the help I could get. I felt so comfortable and amazed by the level of product knowledge and customer service by Sara and the rest of the staff here. Probably one of the best customer service experiences of my life to be honest. Highly recommend shopping here and I will be back again! Thanks to the team who made me feel so comfortable. “One of my favourite thrifts to visit. I always find a vintage treasure here. It’s my go to for housewares and vintage decor. I haven’t been successful in the clothing department, I do find there prices higher then other thrifts for this. They now have a loyalty card where you can earn points which is a nice perk if you visit often. The store is always clean and the staff are friendly.The do have great hours open 6 days a week from 9am-9pm.If your thrifting in the Newmarket area don’t forget to check them out. “The young guy, Caucasian descent, who was working at this location, last October 7th at around 6:30pm, was a true customer service advocate. I forgot to ask his name but he’s so professional and helpful. It feels like a real Canadian customer service that’s friendly, pleasant and respectful. “Hatley has the cutest clothing for children. The quality is excellent, far better that you can get from other stores. Every time I have been in this store, the employee working always greeted me with a smile, assisted me, always friendly and helpful. Love this store, I am sad it is closing. “This H&M is located at upper Canada shopping center. It is no different from other specialty stores. First of all, it depends on whether the store owner has a vision in purchasing and purchases according to the needs of regional consumers, so as to adapt to local consumers. The products inside are very suitable for young and middle-aged women, especially when the seasons change. The discounts in the store are very exciting. When you see consumers coming out of the store with smiles on their faces, you know that they have bought very cheap products. It seems to be a win-win situation. The store can sell its products and consumers Buy their favorites!No different than other specialty stores. First of all, it depends on whether the store owner has a purchasing vision and purchases according to the needs of regional consumers, so as to adapt to local consumers. When you see consumers walking out of the store with smiles on their faces, you know they bought a really cheap product. This seems to be a win-win situation. “Today I went in to get a suit for prom. I cannot believe just how incredible the service here is—Nancy was amazing and made me feel so confident and comfortable in that suit. Not once did she doubt my decisions, but she overwhelmingly supported them despite me being an odd-case. As a transgender man I felt truly welcome shopping here. She went above and beyond by helping me find my sizes (even if they didn’t carry them in store), and she recommended me clothes that she thought would go with my outfit. “Wow, what a phenomenal experience! Ryan was fantastic! So engaging and down to earth. My son needed a shirt, they didn't have it in his size. Placed one on hold in keswick. My son was going for interview next day. Ryan went over and beyond, he's a great conversalionist. This store must bring in so many more sales because of him. I'd like to invite him to a dinner at my house because he's so engaging nice, I can't say enough about him.i got everything I needed. My son got the job next day, we went back to buy safety shoes, Ryan suggested products that that saved us hours of time trying things on, we were able to narrow our purchase time by hours. He is the best. Nicole, too, is so efficient. Great staff.”
“Love love love this store! I spent hours in there, seriously. So many good deals and prices on super cute trendy clothes. I'm quite picky with my clothing and it's been a long time that I've been into a clothing store where I actually fell in love with EVERYTHING. The staff was super nice aswell! The lady at the fitting room was very sweet and so was the cashier. When I got to the till and she rung my items through, and let me know that I can grab another item for 50% off, so of course I jumped on that. There was this dress that I really wanted but the only size left in my size was on the display. I asked one of the employees if I could have it and she didn't hesitate to get it for me. Awesome place. I'm already thinking about getting rid of my old wardrobe and going crazy here! Definitely will be back”

“My favourite store on Main Street. I’ll come here very often to get treats for my dog because they’re high-quality and fresh. After sometime visiting, though started looking at the clothing options as well that they carry, and I was extremely impressed with the quality, not to mention the owners are just fantastic people. Extremely personable, tentative, and joy to speak to. My dog makes me burn into the store. Every single time walked down the street and I’m not really mad about it. I have purchased a few pieces of clothing from here and I will continue to do so in the future. They can also order anything from their online store directly to them as well.”
