“I recently visited Royal Swan with my mom to find her a dress for a Christening party. From the moment we walked in the staff was very warm and welcoming. The selection of dresses was impressive, with a variety of styles, sizes, and price points. We had booked the appointment in advance, as we went there from Thornhill, so the lady working there had already picked dresses for my mom and she started trying them on. The second dress that the lady had picked out for her was a burgundy dress with lace details on the top and once my mom tried it on it was so pretty on her that she got tears in her eyes. We decided to go with that dress and the lady working there is the seamstress as well, so she pinned the dress for her and picked out very beautiful and matching pair of earrings for my mom. The prices were very reasonable for the dress and earings, and especially for the alteration services provided. I picked up the dress for my mom and she tried it on at home and the alterations were perfect on her! It is a one stop shop for all the ladies! I loved the place and the atmosphere. The staff was incredibly helpful and attentive. They were not pushy at all and my mom felt very comfortable.
