Would highly recommend this place for getting a vechle. The customer service is unreal very accommodating and right to the point. Sonia is amazing she was so helpful and pantient with me l, I was on vacation and needed a car when I got back and they made sure everything was set that morning, I had a car that I chose ready to go they even delivered to my house. If I could do it again I would. The choices of cars are great they all look and feel brand new. I feel so safe and beautiful in my new car with my kids being safe and having more room we are happy. Both my husband and I have cars from here. Thank you autoloanservices for your patience and reliability :) finding me what I needed.

The manager reached out to me in regard to my concern and used everything at his discretion to alleviate the situation. Couldn’t have been more understanding. We worked out a solution that was beneficial for both of us and assured me I have their full support in the future. Upon a slight bump in road, I now Couldn’t be happier with the their customer service! Thank you!
My initial experience with this company was wonderful. The sales rep I dealt with through the entire process, whom I won’t name, was incredible and the only reason I’m giving 2 stars instead of 1. However, the vehicle was delivered to me with a ‘clicking’ noise at slow speed turning. I informed the sales rep whom I purchased it off of and she simply stated the car still has manu warranty & 2 year added extended warranty. That’s great, but it only covers engine & drivetrain. I took the vehicle to the local manufacturer dealership, Mazda in this case, and they informed me the centre that safetied the vehicle used aftermarket brake parts, which is fine, but the brake pad shimmies weren’t installed. This isn’t something that compromises the safety of the braking system, but will just be stuck dealing with the noise until the brakes need to be replaced.
When I brought this to the attention, even sent a picture of the Mazda work order, asking to be, at least, reimbursed for the $155 Mazda service fee, I was simply told my concern was forwarded to their service team and expect a call. Well I received nothing. No call, no follow up, no regard to at least try and alleviate this situation. I paid WAY too much money (above average) for this vehicle to make any form of noise, but At this point I don’t even want new brakes installed, I’ll deal with the clicking sound, I just want the money I shouldn’t have had to spend at a dealership service centre back.
Please, please, please make sure you test drive the vehicle first before you buy it. Don’t be taken advantage of and made a fool like I was.

I would highly recommend working with Carly and Sonia! They were great from start to finish, and I’ll be the first to admit I’m not the easiest customer to deal with.
They kept me informed of the whole process and took care of everything from A-Z while working a complex deal that involved multiple moving parts shipping, financing, etc.
I will be back and have been telling anybody that tells me that they’re buying a car to go to them. Thank you guys for the great work,

I will not be coming back to deal with Sonia, without question. I was turned down by everyone for a vehicle and found myself in a desperate situation. Sonia wouldn't give up, she wouldn't quit, and she found me the perfect car at an affordable rate, a safe car that I can be proud to drive. EXCEPT, 1 month after Sonia sold me the car and expensive extended warranty....the engine light came on. After 3 separate opinions from mechanics, I found out that the number one fuel injector was misfiring! Called Sonia, sent email and text, haven't received a response from her. Tried to use my $2000 extended warranty to cover it, it doesn't cover the injectors. I guess when Sonia told me that I was covered bumper to bumper, she really meant she screwed me from bumper to bumper! A lemon car that I'm paying $25,000 for....STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE! Nothing but lying, staff that have been reported to OMVIC numerous times. Thank you Sonia, I will not recommend you or this company. I would like to have my time and money back from this scammer!!!

I honestly thought I was at a dead end with my vehicle. I was coming out of my lease and my credit had absolutely plummeted since Covid and losing a business, I was having nightly panic attacks over potentially losing my source of transportation.
