Brought my tiguan in for the first time and it was very good of them to call the VW dealership to see if the issue they found was covered under an extended warranty (which it was). They advised me to service it at the dealership where the cost would be covered. I’m definitely going back because of this experience and will refer family/friends there as well. Thank you select auto!

Had my porsche in for a few issues and Nick and his team were extremely knowledgeable , professional, very service oriented and thorough . It felt as if I was treated as a long time customer even though my first time BUT not my last time for sure ! Thanks Nick , Phil, Mel and the entire Auto Select team . !! Would highly recommend !!!

I wanted it to be a great shop and I wanted to like their team as I heard so many good things but my experience was not good at all. I took my S4 to them to have the belts done and the main service completed. They called me back later that week and I picked up the car at 5pm on Friday. I must have been the last customer as the shop was already lights out. I drove onto the highway to get home and noticed a loud flapping sound come from under the front of the car. IT was really loud and then I pulled off the highway and stopped. I saw that the entire underbody covering was loose from the front of the car and it had come off and was dragging on the road. It was totally chewed up. I drove back Monday morning and told them there was a problem and they told me right away I must have hit a racoon and it broke. I told them to check the front end for furr and they laughed at me. I said they must have forgotten to screw the underbody panel on before handing me the keys but they said no way. It was my fault, I must have hit a curb and wanted to blame them. After checking the underbody I noticed that not one screw was in the left over cover or in the mounts where it would be installed. I told them I was not happy but they said they have an old cover from the same model in the attic and they will only charge me half the cost of new for it, and install it for free. I was pissed but I had to get to work so I paid the $350 and went on my way. Franz might have been good back in the days but his son learned how to screw customers not how to screw in the parts they need to.

Fantastic service, reasonable prices. Franz and Nick have been looking after my Golf since it was new in 2007. Extremely knowledgeable and always go the extra mile. No unnecessary repairs or charges. What a great shop. I called them in crisis as my rear coils had snapped and I was only in town for a day, as I was travelling and live 400+km away. They manage to squeeze me in and get them replaced and the bill was more than reasonable. Can't thank them enoughService: Steering & suspension replacement

Best experience since having to take my car to a non dealer Mechanic. Nick, Franz, Brooke and staff are all very helpful. Highly recommend these guys, especially if you have a German car.
They are THE "GO TO" SHOP for all VW, AUDI and PORSCHE models.

Took my 2018 vw passat to auto select yesterday because of a pcode putting my car into limp mode. After a quick investigation into the problem, Nick the owners' son was able to determine that the wiring harness at a fuel injector was the cause. He then explained that Vw has an extended recall on this issue which is fixable at no cost to me. VW will now be dealing with the repair. I appreciate Nicks honesty in this matter, as this job would net an expensive repair bill to me. Thanks Nick.Service: Auto engine diagnostic
