“This place is really good. My boyfriend told me it is a family run business, they are honest and do not overcharge. Today I had an issue with my vehicle not starting and then it started so I was able to go there and have it checked out. Andrew looked it over and there was nothing wrong with the vehicle. He mentioned maybe the starter could be the issue but its now working. They did not charge me to check the vehicle and took me at the last minute. Thank you Andrew and Jenny. Your Amazing!”

“I have grown up and now raising my own children here in the GTA. Thornhill to Newmarket to be more specific. Customer care and personal attention is non-existent and unfortunately we have become soo jaded that below standard of service is now normal. This couldn't be furthest from the truth when it came to my experience at Midas in Newmarket. 16995 Yonge St. Dominic Mollica and all staff on shift went above and beyond for myself and my young children. We had a sudden and unexpected mechanical emergency, which can feel very overwhelming especially when you feel isolated and helpless. Despite a very busy and demanding work day full of appointments, Dominic and team welcomed us walking in out of the cold and assured me of their effort to help. My biggest concern was my children and how I will adjust the day for them. Then deal with car. The expedited response in recognizing the issue and the honest recommendations based on my specific situation of the day was a shock. They listened, fixed, and got us back on the road in such little time. That was my kids first auto mechanic and now that standard of service is what they will expect their own experiences to be like in the future. Unfortunately, unless they go back to that specific Midas Tire and Auto Repair location that they should not expect that same quality of care. I have never written a review about any company or experience, but today deserved and owed recognition. Again, thank you for your kindness towards my children and the service you provided to us.
