If you enjoy being body shamed by the staff then this is the store for you! I visited the store Sun Jan 30th to get some things for an upcoming trip in February and things were going fine until I was going to try a coat on and when I unzipped my jacket the woman remarked that I was fat in the belly "like her", I was taken aback but let it go until I tried on the jacket and she said it was perfect because it "hid all my fat". I am 5'7 and 155 lbs which I do not consider to be fat but even if that was not the case no woman should ever say something like that to another woman. She later blamed it on her poor language skills but I don't believe that the word fat is proper in any culture. Needless to say I left empty handed and I will be contacting the Manager Gloria.
