Manual car wash here is risky to use. The machines are poorly maintained. It will either eat your cash or not dispense soap when washing. Always something wrong here. Use at your own risk.

Apparently it's full serve on Tuesdays - I haven't even seen that happen once during the specified hours.
I took my car through the car wash and when it was done my car was still soaking wet and full of soap. I went in to talk to the manager and asked him to come out to look at my car. He came out, looked at the soap and told me it's not a touchless car wash so it can be expected to leave soap remaining on the car. WHAT?!
The manager then started talking about when I come back next time and I stopped him to let him know there will be no next time.

The convenience store is the best in New Hamburg. The staff is very friendly and helpful.

After washing two times, my car was still covered in water drops. The dryer is not configured properly. I needed to use a dry cloth to dry the windshild.

What can I say? I tapped my card and washed it. Went to get the receipt it says I could get, only to be told they don’t offer receipts. I left not knowing how much I paid for my wash since it initially said to pay up to $15. It flashed on the screen long enough to say something about a credit but the know-nothing in the gas store knew nothing about it. Will never go back if I don’t have change to pay. And oh by the way, conveniently the change machine was out of order. New way of scamming customers?

Fuel prices at this location were cheaper before the renovation. Prices of items inside very expensive.

I've come here multiple times and my RBC linked CC never works at the pump. It always says incorrect PIN. Owner does nothing to fix the problem. Problem is if you try 3 times your card gets locked. Funny thing ... it always works in the store ... hmmmm.

Regular gas almost broke my car,stay away.Must be tons of water in it,will never fuell up at any Petro Canada station.

Wash was just fine but gas wasa little expensive and getting more expensive daily, try bringing down the gas so it's reasonable! And yes it's the oil companies bringing the prices up. not other countries!!!
