Girlfriend takes jeep here for oil changes, which has always been fine. She Brought her jeep here for issue with the passive entry feature. They were able to diagnose issue being sensor in driver side door. They repaired and returned vehicle. Once returned, we noticed several new issues; Driver door not recognized as closed, driver door wont lock, side mirrors wont adjust, remote start wont work, etc. We took vehicle back, and after 2 days they advised they cannot diagnose nor fix it. Then they blamed another dealer who worked on it almost 2 years ago even though it had worked fine until it went there. I asked if they had checked drivers door wire harness, which they said yes and even replaced a wire. I took the jeep as is, took it to another dealer where they diagnosed and repaired the issue within 2 hours. The issue was in fact the wire harness where, coincidentally, several wires had been pulled out of the wire harness on the same door they worked on as well as bent pins in that harness.

After the purchase of the vehicle there have been many issues that have not been fixed. There was a definite communication breakdown as well. We were made to feel like we didn’t know what we were talking about. After them recognizing the issue it was only HALF corrected. This has been an absolute horrible experience with this dealership. I really wish I could give them a 5 star but for what we payed for this truck and the issues it has had for three year’s old. It’s a shame .

These guys knocked it out of the park with service...got my work van towed in and I'm back on the road in 24hrs. I was going to buy a 2018 RAM 3500 and spoke with Kyle Costa in sales. Everything looked good. When I asked about the new tires which were installed I was told they were the Goodyear Wrangler AT which was a "good quiet" tire that he used on the Jeep models and would be fine on the truck. I then went to the Goodyear site and checked to verify only to discover that these were not rated for the 3500 model as they are not designed for that size of truck. When I spoke with him letting him know of my concerns he did admit I was correct but would not install the proper tires. I then informed him the deal was off. Not sure why the dealer would install that tire except the cost could be a big factor. Its a real shame that this dealers can do this and will sell that truck to someone ....

purchased a BRAND NEW ram 3500 from this sorry excuse for a dealership back early nov 2022.it lasted 6 whole days and a hair over 10000kms on the clock before the transmission died and left me stranded on the highway. now if youre reading this in the future today is june 2, 2023 now 7 months since my truck went into the dealership to be repaired. i still do not have the truck back. the dealership doesnt call in to check in on the status of said truck no instead this dealership calls me and asks why i havent brought it back for the first oil change/service.it took 3 months of fighting with head office before i was given a rental and kyle my salesman at the time was of absolutely zero help from the start even when trying to purchase the truck the finance lady was infinitely more helpful then he was.if i could give zero stars i would. dont buy from this dealer and if given the option id stay away from the brand entirely as head office is just as helpful

My Fiancé traded in his car for a brand new RAM 1500 Classic and he could not be happier.
