When I called for a remote starter they took my info and made a appointment
I waited a week and I'm glad I called before I drove 45min to see them for my appointment because now they didn't find my paper work or info
They also changed their mind and now say they won't do the install waist of time

I can only post what I have experienced with these folks. My wife's vehicle broke down on Christmas Eve. We then contacted this business on Boxing day and explained to them the situation as we had to tow the vehicle to a nearby mechanic. This was an alternator job which was installed by this company last year. I was given a lifetime warranty on the part and it only lasted a year and was totally burnt out. We had brought the alternator to them in hopes that they can repair or replace it which was the initial discussion. Over a two week period, I was either given the run around or my calls were not answered. Finally, it came to a point where we said either to refund the money if the part can't be repaired or provide us with a new one. they gave a refund but only partial. They had deducted labour charges which were not even written on the original receipt. If the comments are going to come back with the assumption that labour charges are included on the receipt then it should be written. but let me ask, what about the two weeks of inconvenience that was experienced because of not getting a straight answer.Service: Electrical

Rebuilt my salter motor it has more torque now than it had new. very happy with it! They even went the extra mile and for no extra charge straightened out some bent brackets I didn't even ask about. great work and service.Service: Electrical

Great service from Josh..immediately disassembled my boat starter and did a diagnostic. Made a call and had a new one waiting for me the next morning. Boat is now ready for the weekend! Thanks folks!

I've honestly never been more impressed with a mechanic service! I called on a whim today to see if they had any time to take a look at my vehicle, and I was pleasantly surprised when they did! Josh took a quick look at it, knew exactly what was wrong, had the parts in within an hour, and then finished the job within an hour and a half after that! Super thorough and fast work and had me in and out within the same day! I highly recommend going to Josh, best service I've ever experienced, I won't be going anywhere else!
Plus the shop dog I got to hangout with while I waited was an added bonus.
