Friendly people to deal with, we were at Ajax cabin, was a nice cabin set back in the woods ,it was good fishing,good trout fishing, not very good pike or walleye fishing , other wise fishing was decent, greatly recommend

An absolutely amazing spot to do a fly in trip! All the guys were amazing, friendly, and professional. The pilots are pros, couldn't even tell when we took off or landed. The cabins are great, and they supply everything. Would definitely recommend.

We Fly with NWF to the lake and there planes are perfectWe just spend 6 days in loonhaunt lake it was a incredible experience , our cabin was incredible and comfortable

They flew us in to their cabin/outpost on Kishkutena Lake and it was a great experience. The pilots in and out were both solid guys with a good sense of humor. They were helpful in loading and unloading our stuff and made sure the cabin was in working order. Even cleaned the fridge when we got there.
Flight was short but smooth. There were 4 of us in the plane plus the pilot. Three of us shared the bench seat behind the pilot and our 4th up front. It was a little tight, but not terrible.
Small gift shop in the main building as well as a bathroom for pre and post flight.

Amazing operation! Really adds an extra level of excitement to take off and land on water. Wes keeps the dock tight and the engines running ( soon to be in the air as well ) , Ben is an amazing pilot and knows how to work the crowd. Flying with Northwest is the Cherry on top to the adventure!

Very poor planing, flights range from being a hour to 5 hours late, with very little if no communication about if and how late they will be.
