“Went in 10 minutes to close after having a horrible experience at another store, staff was so helpful. Jessica in the changeroom took the time to explain how their jeans fit and got me another size. Cashier was super friendly even though I was the last customer. Awesome staff attitude!”

“I went to Laura's to find a petite dress for my brother's wedding. After choosing 2 dresses a nice . sales lady named Maritza kindly took them off my hands and started a changeroom. She then checked to see how they fit. I told her I would be looking for others, but she took it upon herself to find 4 other dresses for me to try I ended up buying one that she chose and am very happy. I will be shopping there again. “Very good service on recent visit. I was unclear about exactly what I went I for at first. The paralysis of choice, perhaps, or too rushed. Catherine worked from what I had outlined. I was tactfully guided from dithering to a credible result, all discretely rather than pushily. The items I required appeared, in the size I needed, with a mildly uncanny efficiency. One thing was found for me before I had thought to ask for it. An unpleasant errand was diverted from mostly-self-inflicted clothes-shopping misery, for a very welcome change. Much obliged.”

“Found this huge Roots store on second floor of Bayshore mall. They had so many Roots products including apparel, accessories, dolls, umbrellas, handbags and lots of other things. The store was very organized and clean. I bought couple of sweatshirts and an umbrella as souvenir. Prices were high as expected for Roots products. The associate at the counter was very friendly, packed all my stuff in a lovely Roots bag. It was quick and easy.”
“Amazing deals for newcomers! I went to the shop today and the attention of the manager was incredible. We tried a lot of clothes and she was super patient and helpful. The prices are the lowest from the whole centre (we went to every store to check prices). The only problem that we have is that there are not too many sizes (just up to XL).”
