My first and last time coming here. This walmart is a disgrace. You are treated like a thief the minute you walk in. I was followed the entire time in the makeup section. The security guard was so close she was practically touching me. I put an item back and she didn’t see, then immediately accused me of stealing. She demanded that I told her where I put it, even though I put it back in its spot. She proceeded to yell at me in front of a bunch of people. Asking me to check my hands, which is ILLEGAL.I had to wait 10 minutes to purchase my one item in the makeup department because there was no employee at the cash, with the security watching me the entire time. Practically being held hostage over a 5$ mascara. I purchased my one item and she was still following me. I will NEVER return here again. Not to mention that the store has no employees and is lacking cleanliness. Disgusting behaviour going on in the store.

Bought an expensive collegen from here (Bayshore Location). Got insulted by security after I checked out from the cashier because the alarm ring at the gate and she scolded me, think I stolen something. What kind of service????? After verified everything, no apology was given.It was happened on Nov 17, 2023 at 9.15 pm.

Im sick and tired of walmart in general but especially this location. i had 3 security guards following me around the makeup section glaring at me and i left and didn't buy anything. Shopping in Walmart is so uncomfortable now. I used to love to buy all my makeup and groceries and everything here but my shopping experience with Walmart has been ruined completely. I rather buy the same stuff for more expensive at a different place to avoid going near a Walmart.

I’ve been to this Walmart a few times and have been satisfied with the experience. However today that changes. I bought two bottles of aveeno toner and upon returning home I noticed one of the bottles was half empty. I think it would be a good idea if employees check the shelves frequently so this issue doesn’t happen for future customers.

Whoever the idiot is that was pocking orders tonight needs to be FIRED! He not only answered the phone saying hes coming and made me wait 30 mins, but then ignored my calls. When I went in and the mgr made him do my order the idiot threw all my food on the FLOOR of my car and on top of the BAGS! I have pictures to prove it. He is so useless!

The only outdoor bench is broken and lop sided. They need adequate seating for those waiting to be picked up or taking the bus. Not everyone has a car, some people have medical issues that prevent them from driving.

I have no idea who is giving this Walmart 4 or even 5 stars. This Walmart is the dirtiest, lowest staff, and understocked location I have ever seen. Most items are scattered all over the floor. If there are any items on the shelves, you will be lucky to find one that is not open, used, or has some unidentified liquid dried to it. There are no employees to be found other than the couple watching self checkout. I also came across a family who were sharing a chicken who decided to leave it in the cart... Worst Walmart ever, I regret coming here every time it gets worse...

Thank you beautiful emloyee at walmart for having the patience to help me with 3 seperate discounted items on self check out. I do find it odd that everytime i go theres a kid found that was missing hahaha. Thank you to the gent that watched our cart while I grabbed my car and my oma (grandma) went to the ladies room. The chance to multi-task saved us like 10 minutes! So kind! And the vaccum works great too haha.

The older location was more convenient but smaller.Self-Chekout is always running short, so the line at times is crazy while they only have the 3 near the Mall entrance and then maybe 4 out of all the checkouts near the Walmart entrance/exit. Seems ridiculous.Staff are helpful, but sometimes as a customer you feel in their way. Almost to a post of annoyance.

I visited this Walmart a week ago! First time in a year. The whole store was a mess! Staff were standing around together laughing and ignoring customers. The isles were messy and boxes were a tripping hazard in the isles and piled high with stock in them.Whomever manages the store obviously has no control over a lazy crew! It is a disgrace to the mall that is struggling to keep stores and to make it a family friedly place! Walmart should be ashamed of its "supercentre" in Bayshore. Disgusting!

I recently encountered a distressing situation with Walmart's customer service when attempting to return an item, and I must say it left me feeling incredibly disillusioned and dissatisfied with their Customer Service associates and procedures.Upon realizing the item I had purchased wasn't needed, I went to Walmart's customer service to request a return and refund. Little did I know the hassle I was about to endure in my pursuit of a simple resolution. The CSM I spoke with immediately took on a defensive tone, making it abundantly clear that granting my request was not on their agenda.Despite providing all the necessary details and explaining the reason, the CSM seemed determined to deny my return. They went as far as insinuating that the items weren't on the receipt even though I had the digital receipt with me and all the tags.To make matters worse, the CSMs showed a complete lack of empathy and understanding, displaying a blatant disregard for customer satisfaction. Instead of approaching the issue with a solution-oriented mindset, they started speaking their native language ignoring me (The customer), my husband wanted to get this issue resolved so he asked to speak with another associate. He spoke with the courtesy Desk Associate who was able to process our return. Somehow the items appeared to be on the receipt and the UPC matched. It literally took us 30 minutes, 2 CSMs and 1 courtesy desk associate to get our issue resolved. Bayshore Walmart need to do better!In conclusion, I must discourage others from relying on Store #3066 customer service for any kind of resolution. Their unwillingness to accept responsibility, rigid adherence to policies that undermine customer satisfaction, and dismissive approach to genuine concerns greatly diminish their credibility as a retailer. I wholeheartedly urge potential customers to be aware of Walmart's dismal customer service track record, as it is a clear indication of their disregard for consumer rights and satisfaction.The associates think by working for Walmart they own the store.

Feels like I am in India. All front line staff and new armoured security guards are a total joke. All the front staff are from India and would rather chat amongst themselves than help a customer. They gather and chat ignoring everything but themselves. People have to line up to self checkout, a 10 minute wait to get to a cash is not unusual. There were two open at 8 this morning.

Had no issue throughout the entire mall with my service dog but the second I stepped into your Walmart I was harassed by a security guard. None of your associates bothered me. You need to get better educated security.

It’s disgraceful that this store doesn’t have a/c. The customer service rep told me that he’s grateful for fans behind him at the counter. How about the staff that are restocking shelves? As a customer, the mall is cool enough to reflect the season. However, as I walked into Walmart, there is a distinct difference in temperature. The temperature has been in the 30’s celsius. Take care of your employees!

This Walmart four years back used to be well stocked and such efficient staff. From past one year, they do not re stock items for example canola oil is missing forever... it's like forcing to buy great value brands of Walmart. Vinegar the small can were not stocked for three weeks and I was forced to buy the big one. Since I live close by it's very convenient to come here but the present management and employees have turned this worse than a Desi kirana Store. Virgin coconut oil of nutvita brand has been missing forever and there's only great value for the same. They are so lazy to even restock basic things like veggies and stuff. They are always in a hurry to announce the shop will close or mall doors will close. But no enthusiasm to actually do their work
