1-floor was very clean. please keep this up
2-selection was very diverse. can find stuff no where else
3-checkout is easy
4-overall pretty good, nothing to complain,but nothing really stands out

Horrible service. Waited over half an hour while one staff served one customer in electronics. Aware that I was waiting, he immediately helped someone else after, and during this time. I understand that everyone is busy and in a rush, but my customer service expectations are pretty low to start with, and probably would be better served elsewhere.

Dirty messy displays no clerks very displaced store it went downhill for sure since opening. I will never shop again. The Walmart on Fernbank is so much better.

They have racist employees. Even go to the extent of harassing and profiling children. I got kicked out for defending the kids who were shopping without an adult.

Had a horrible experience here once again. It's a convenient location and on my way back from school so I decided to try another time. I needed some granola bars and noticed that there was a muti-save 3 for $9 deal so I grabbed three boxes of bars that all had the deal on them, and all had the same original price as well. When I made it to cash, it wasn't coming up right so I mentioned it to the gentleman at the front who was very kind, he went to go speak to his manager to get it signed off and his manager said no, he advised me to go speak to him and his manager was incredibly rude. I kindly showed him pictures I took, told him that I understood what was happening but that it's misleading and a complete waste of time for them not to have an indication that the deal is specific to certain kinds. Multi save has always meant mix and matching anything with the same label. Not to mention, two of the completely different brands worked for the 3 for $9, just not 1, but there's no indication that this would be the case. And the last time I was here, when I asked for help to find something, the man I was speaking to pointed to a wall at the back behind me, began walking towards it, so I began following him, and he then just walked into an employees only zone and I didn't see him return. The employees here are rude and always standing around on their phones or chatting, the floor look horrible and is unstocked and empty and the store has an eery kind of look to it.

It’s a Walmart, so it has everything you need at a decent price. My issue with this store is that the parking lot can be chaotic. You have to drive to the top of the parking garage to get to the main entrance. Not the easiest to navigate. My other issue is that during my last visit, the store had graffiti inside that makes the place feel dilapidated. The Walmart could use some TLC.

This is a gigantic Walmart adjacent to the Bayshore mall. Incredible collection of products and inventory over a huge floor space. Pretty they got everything that a Walmart offers. Lots of deals on many items. Plenty of self checkout and counter lanes. Easy and quick process, no long lines.
The inside of the Walmart is little off putting. The lightning is gloomy, floor is little bit old and dirty. But still it’s really popular with locals, lots of customers in the store when I visited. The exit is straight to the parking lot that has an elevator to lower levels of mall parking floors.

I recently had the pleasure of interacting with Kanil at checkout, and I wanted to share my experience. Kenil was very polite and professional throughout the entire process. He greeted me warmly and efficiently handled my purchases. He was also patient when I had questions about a product and took the time to explain things clearly. I appreciate how quickly he processed my transaction while ensuring everything was accurate.
Kanil’s customer service was excellent, and his positive attitude made my shopping experience pleasant. I would definitely look forward to seeing him at the register again and kanil is working as their own store.

So frustrating shopping here while many items on their shelves are always empty many times coming here and wasting my time. Won't be coming here anymore as it's always a waste of time coming here and their shelves are always empty of what I'm looking for.
On numerous times this Walmart location has long lines with only 1 cash open with tons of customers waiting to go through the line to pay for their items. More and more Walmart is relying on customers to work for free to use self serve cashes which is ridiculous. Customers shouldn’t have to work for free. Come on Walmart open up more cashes with your own employees to help reduce lines. If Walmart wants their customers to work for free at self serve cashes how bout give us discounts on our purchase for us to work for free.
Edit: Today I went to Walmart bayshore location. Filled up two big grocery carts of groceries and other things, approx more than $500 worth of items. Walked up to the cash. Yet again huge line of people waiting in line and only 1 cashier. Told staff to open up more cashes as there's several people waiting. Staff refused to open up more cashes. So I left the two full carts worth more than $500 of stuff at the line and I walked out. I went to a different store whose more than willing to give me convenience of getting what I need and getting checked out more quickly.
I'm now contemplating to not shop at this Walmart location anymore.
Not enough cashier's to check you out more quickly. And now Walmart's no longer offer plastic bags which is ridiculous. Not convenient to always carry bags when taking public transit.

The staff here is fantastic!
I talked with two of them and both of them were so helpful. One of them gave us fantastic directions on where to find what we were looking for and the other walked us straight to another thing we couldn't find! THANK YOU RAJ (and the other guy too!)

This is probably one of the worst Walmarts in the city. There are hardly any staff on the floor. The shelves are always a mess. The staff always look unhappy or tired. If you are lucky enough to find floor staff, they are usually on their phones or chatting with each other and not paying attention. On the plus side, I was able to find what I was looking for and got in and out of the store quickly.
gentleman at the front door is friendly and nice and eventually I found what I was looking for.
