“I showed up with only a few minutes until closing and the guy already closed up. He was nice enough to go back inside to serve me.There was also a mix up and I got the wrong item. I opened it already and even though there’s a no refund/exchange policy he still took it back and gave me the right item. It was kind of their fault for not giving me what I asked for, but to be fair I should’ve noticed the mistake.Only reason I’m not giving 5 stars is because the price was a bit high. More than 20% higher than other stores, even after accounting for sales tax.”

“This is a great vape shop. Very humble merchants with bar none some of the best service. They'll help you through whatever query you have. They got all kinds of vapes, coils and flavors. Decent prices too. They'll even sell you a single coil. My only beef is they're loyal to only one brand of vape juice. In another sense they got lots of flavors, they let you mix and match or even create your own. Just dont expect any of the big brand names of nicotine oil.”
“Jack was helpful with good advice on coils & juice.I had ceramic coils for salt nic but after switching to regular nic tobacco juice the ceramic coils were basically terrible. Often leaking, burning quickly & not hitting smoothly. The backwood tobacco juice bottle I started using tasted like burnt farts making me wanna gag.I learned from a staff at Kanata location that ceramic were ideal for salt nic so I knew that was the issue since I switched to regular nic.Jack mentioned the same thing recommending mesh coils for this type of juice. Also good advice to reduce vaping habit to help me quit eventually (goal for 2024). His advice is to mix same brand juice of current nic (20mg) with another lower nic dosage juice to slowly reduce fiending to use up the remaining of my juice. Ex: 50% 20mg juice & 50% 12mg would be like 16mg nic.I’ve been to the Carling location as well & staff from each locations are always kind, helpful & communicative. Another reason for 5 stars is their points system. I’ve gotten free juice countless times over the years after making 5 juice purchases (5 stamps on the card = 1 free bottle). Pricing is average & fair considering this points system is better than any other vape shops I’ve been to in or outside of Ottawa.”

“The fact that they have Cheech bongs is a huge plus. The last bong I got was from a cheap corner store that was as thin as a lightbulb! Edit: The fact that they even helped me figure out what a new bong and grinder was gonna cost before I had money for it was a huge plus! I would highly recommend going here for bongs. They have pieces that aren't even made anymore! Rare bongs.”
