Today March 5th, I was quickly browsing at 845pm 15 minutes before they close, and they kicked me out as soon as I got in saying they are closing and I need to leave.When I asked why they're closing early, I got no response. Not abiding by stated hours, you guys are losing quite a bit of money as they kicked out everyone in the store.

Awful experience. I tried to return two items half an hour after I bought them, because I found higher quality clothes upstairs with a better price.They ask for so much personal information just for a simple return. The cashier said they need to create a profile for me! I don’t understand why they need to make a profile of me in their system for a simple return with my receipt in their hands while I have the same credit card on me. They should not collect any piece of information which is not required. That must be against the law. Why Walmart doesn’t ask any of these information for a return ? Because technically it’s not required. What if my personal info breaches on internet? How I know they won't sell my info to marketing companies?Second problem was that they said you can’t return, it’s been final sale! It’s printed out on your receipt! The receipt will be printed after I tap my card. They must inform you about final sale, in advance, before you make the purchase and get the paper receipt. A piece of information on a receipt which is printed out after you’ve paid can’t be valid. It’s a tricky businesses. I’ll never shop there again!

About 2 weeks ago, we pop by here and we had a very sour experience in there. Everything was messy in the store, no staff to be found for help, idk why but employees are gossiping in all corners of the store. when we went to pay, there was nobody cashing us out for almost 15 min, asked for the manager because sales were done wrong and I was charged extra, they don't show up for another 15-20 min. When they do come to fix our receipt, it turns out it's the same guy who I heard talking stuff about other employees. Can't imagine shopping and eavesdrop manager bitching about staff with others but working in that environment, no wonder why their employees are hiding all the time. My mother was shocked and wanted to complain but to who? The manager himself? Waste of time....

I visited on Friday May 26th and had a great experience. Easy to read sale signs, quick service at the fitting room, and I had a lovely time at the cash. Brook was friendly, funny and went above and beyond when I asked a pricing question about the pants I'd grabbed last minute and forgot the price. Left the store feeling like she cared about my experience in her store. She and the other girl behind the cash counter seemed like friends more than coworkers. I went to a different urban planet the next day and it was a totally different vibe. I will be returning for future shopping to the bayshore location!!

Love this store.Tons of selection.Great sales.Great regular prices as well.Staff are hard to find if you need help.Cashiers are kind of slow, however they make sure you get the best bang for your buck.Highly recommend.

Store was very well maintained and staff seemed to be very nice and welcoming. However, we were stuck at cash for about 15 minutes because of a rude customer, taking too long, arguing with the cashier over discount she couldn't get. Young lady at cash tried her best but then she called the Manager, he came and helped the customer while we cashed out, he was so patient with this women and he apologized other customers for the delay. We had to come back because we forgot an item and then same manager with reindeer tattoo was still helping on cash, he was so helpful and told us about the deal, helped us sign up for future sales. Great experience, great prices, will be back soon.

I had an issue with my online order and manager Nichalh (I think that’s how it’s spelled) was amazing, she was so helpful and seemed happy to help. I’m pretty sure she even helped me after her shift was done. Outstanding service!

Great prices and an awesome choice of inexpensive clothes for seasonal shopping. Probably best to buy from another location, however.Watching a staff member openly mock customers because “she’s from the country and has no idea why teenagers hang out at the mall”... You literally have a job because these teenagers are hanging out at the mall, they’re your main clientele! Watching her treat an older couple like they were an annoyance repeatedly telling them that they couldn’t understand what they were saying while the rest of the store could clearly hear that they wanted to return an item for store credit. Laughing at them as they tried to explain what they wanted. Watching the couple leave because they were humiliated was heartbreaking.I doubt I’ll ever shop at this location again if these are the types of people store management chooses to hire.

Very nice clothing. Always doing sales, and the clothes they sale are trendy. For adults or children.Edit:Today is dec 26 and when I went there one of the cashiers was so rude, it took her 4ever to scan two items and she did it purposely.She didn't offer a bag and threw my items at me.

Tags are different than what they charge in the system at counterWe just wasted half hour in the queue to pay what we seen tags for discountCashier said sorry tags are not correct, item of $20 is actually $30 so we ended up not to buy anything.Nobody cares and they just say it’s by mistakeI don’t understand how everything else mistakenly tagged ????
