Avoid at all costs! Extremely defensive attitude! One excuse after another whether it's delivery, opening boxes, or tech issues etc.
Their delivery time is a suggestion!! 3-week delay past the promised pick-up time and every day they add a few days. One excuse after another!
No sense of responsibility or respect for their customer. Never initiate a follow-up even when they promise to. makes false promises constantly.
1 person with no management according to the employee. Then a "big boss" magically on his way but with no time frame!
No recourse for you as a customer. Do not believe anything that comes out of their mouth all lies!
And finally after standing at the store for 3 hours waiting for the dress they had the wrong dress and we ended up getting a refund.
It's unfortunate but as customers we've done our part.

I can't say enough good things about this dress store! From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with warmth and professionalism. The layout of the store is inviting, with a wide variety of styles to choose from. The staff is incredibly knowledgeable about their inventory and was able to help me find the perfect dress for my event. Not only was the selection impressive, but the quality of the dresses surpassed my expectations. The prices were reasonable, especially considering the high quality of the garments.!

I am absolutely delighted with my in-store experience at Tunkas Fashion! From the moment I walked in, I was greeted by warm and attentive staff. Agent at St Laurent location asked if I was lost. My daughter was trying on dresses. I was so shocked I responded that " no I'm the mom". I found out later that he'd commented in French to my daughter as well under his breath. On comprends Francais aussi! Unreal...won't be back.

Horrible experience. Went to the St. Laurent location for a prom dress for our daughter. The only one they had was stained. Advised us we cannot order this dress as its on sale, but employee called the Bayshore store and told us they had it in stock.
Got to Bayshore and they told us that they actually didn't have it in stock and we could order it (after we drove across the city from st. Laurent to Bayshore).
Proceeded to tell us we would have to pay am additional 100 dollars to order the dree plus shipping..
Horrible communication.... Zero empathy shown by staff and a very "it is what it is" attitude....
Ended up spending alot more at a different store that's service was top notch

AWFUL AWFUL AWFUL place. The man should not even be allowed to work here, he is miserable, unkind and rude.My dress at St Laurent was cheaper than the same dress listed at Bayshore mall. I highly do not recommend this store. Good service is better than a cheap dress. Also they do not steam your dress either.I truly understand why the bad reviews are written, I never trust reviews and will check for myself and this goes to show. I will never recommend someone to shop here.

We were discriminated against just because we asked if there’s any discounts. The guy that works in the store told us that he doesn’t bring modest dress because people like us always like discounts. I felt disrespected and humiliated. He didn’t even apologize for discriminating against us. I left the store in tears.He also refused to give us his name. And he said my name is for person business.Update:I ended up calling the manager her name is Princess and reported the incident. She handled the situation in very professional manner. She apologized and treated us with respect.

My daughter was just there and purchased a dress. Then within minutes changed her mind and went back to return it. They refused stating it was final sale. They neglected to tell her that BEFORE the transaction. Had she known, she would not have purchased the dress.She was scammed and extremely upset.It appears that their business practices leave very little to be desired.

They have bad reviews because there aren't many staff to help you - something we loved! It was not stuffy but rather very inviting and a great vibe overall. Prom dress was purchased and would absolutely recommend this place!

Had an awesome experience here. Casual and no pressure environment. We had a terrible experience and felt the pressure at a well known boutique and the vibe here so was refreshing.
