“This was the easiest and best rental I’ve ever had. Fast and easy check-in, the trade van was immaculate, the service was excellent, and the rates were more than fair. Have to say that Enterprise sets the standard for rentals.”
“I had a truck issue around Sault Ste Marie enroute to Montreal, and Sean helped out over the phone, when i jad finished in Montreal and returned to the Ryder shop they were ready for me and got the truck fixed right up that same morning! Very friendly and knowledgeable staff, shout out to Sean for getting me in on such short notice AND solving the issue, as a former GM service tech/advisor i could easily recognize this shops training and expertise as top notch!”
“Tried to use the app for a mobile pick up but that did not work well. Thankfully the attendant inside was able to help us. Lots of selection at this location when we went, and easy booking. Glad it was closer to home in the west end, and didn't have to go to the main location in the east end of town.”

“This comment does not apply to the location, but to U-Haul in general. U-Haul should find a way to let customers do the maximum level of reservation steps online (credit card, driver's license scan, etc) because we loose precious time doing those steps on premise and it creates a line up of disgruntled customers given that the clerk has to spend significant time with each customer. The clerk's service at U-Haul de Hull was great, so this comment has nothing to do with her. She is doing the best she could.With the technology available today, it should be straightforward to do many of the most time-consuming steps online and save time for everyone, including clerks and customers.”

“This Uhaul location is well equipped, clean and has all of the supplies and equipment you may need for your move. The staff is friendly, efficient, attentive and hard-working. The gentleman that helped us was amazing, and I can’t even go into all that he did for us, it would be too long. You may have to wait a few minutes while another customer is being served, but it is worth the wait and it is not long at all, they are very efficient, and communicate what they are doing, how long they will be and that you are next to be helped. It’s really great I’ll rent from here again!”
“Last Monday arrived on this area early on my reservation to pick up a truck. a reception guy (maybe the owner) told me we are not open yet?. I thought I need to wait for 30mins for the truck pick up since I'm too early. But that same guy on in the reception didn't let me wait and prepare the truck immediately. Very accommodating. “I can not praise the General Manager Mirwais and the Installer Max enough. After a nightmare with the 2459 Princess St, Kingston location (see review of that location for full deal with them), we were referred to this location by Uhaul Corporate to fix Kingstons screw up. We had a confirmed appointment set up by corporate as they did not want us going back to the unreliable location that was rather rude to my mother. But, due to a glitch in the system, It did not get confirmed in their system appropriately. We did not find this out until making the over 1 hour drive and arrived early for our appointment. Someone else had made an appointment in the spot, and there was only one installer and one installation bay. However, the General Manager was more than accommodating and helpful, and their installer, Max, was incredibly knowledgeable and helpful in explaining what we were looking at and how badly Kingston location messed up the installation. They got her vehicle up on a lift and we thought that would be all due to the circumstances as we understood that this was not their mess up, but they were full of ideas on how to try and fix it. They were able to accommodate us and help while under no obligation to do so, taking an enormous stress off my mothers shoulders about the safety of her vehicle. They informed us that there was no doubt that Kingston did not know that the hitch my mother had driven away with was unsafe for use. Max was able to fix their screw up so that my mother did not kill someone while driving down the road. Kingston had allowed her to drive away with only 3 of the 8 bolts, all the others either stripped or missing. This could have led to someone being killed and a lawsuit. Also, not to mention the guilt and repercussions of going through such a terrible ordeal. All it would have taken would have been hitting a bump, the screws ripping out, her hitch and e-bikes falling off, causing an accident, potentially injuring and killing someone. I can not imagine the horror that would have ensued. I am thankful to this location for their help and grateful to Mirwais and Max.”
