The store has a fairly large and good selection of Funko Pops, and checkout was fast and easy. It was also easy to see if the item I was looking for was in stock from the website, as it was really accurate.

I was looking for a particular toy called Linkimals but could only find one on the shelf. It didn't seem to be working. I was approached by a coworker named Caleb, who stopped what he was doing to help me out. He searched the stockroom and returned with another style of toy from the same series. We turned it on and it worked. I wanted both toys and he told me if the first one didn't work when I changed the batteries I could return it for a full refund. I did purchase both toys and was also told by the cashier that I could return them if they didn't work even though they were clearance. I changed the batteries and fortunately it seems to work.A very special thank you to Caleb who took the time to help me find the toys.

The outside of the store is a bit of an eyesore but don't judge a book by its cover. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful and the store is huge with SO much to choose from. Our children were over the moon excited and can't wait to return!

A larger Toys R Us store with an impressive variety of toys, games, bicycles, and books. The staff is very helpful. I was trying to find some specific items and looking for advice on what to buy for a kid. Two store employees helped me, and they were really great. The store is well stocked and clean.

Drove for 30 minutes on Wednesday Jan 24. approx (5pm), evening to look for a specific item at this location. Asked the cashier where I can find the toy, and she went to ask the manager at his office. He refused to come out the office and provided poor direction to the cashier.She than requester further assitace through PA. Extremely poor customer service by the manager. The manager definetly needs to be re-trained. Treats his employees and customer very poorly.

Fair prices, friendly staff and clean store. You can find almost anything here. Huge baby section. They have a big area of birthday party supplies. Lots of Lego, bikes, books, puzzles, games and so many toys. Great place to shop for gifts for kids and big kids. They even have a baby gear section with all new baby essentials. They've even got a good sized kids and baby clothes section now.
