Easily one of the best board game and collectibles stores in the city. The Funko selection is one of the biggest in Ottawa, and very reasonably priced.

The model kit I ordered was missing a piece (possibly a manufacturing defect).
Grayson and his team went above and beyond to help me obtain that one small missing piece - they did some research + digging, and were able to find a compatible copy. They mailed it to me the very next day.
Great customer service, highly recommend.

Even though its a 30 min drive... TOTALLY WORTH IT.

I made a preorder through this company with the expectation that it would be a while until it finally was released. After a few months I contacted customer service about my order just to check up on things. Customer service were amazing, they responded quickly and took the time to explain exactly what was happening with my order and I had my preorders within the next week! Thanks for being so awesome and keep up the great work! More businesses should be as prompt and kind as you!

Very helpful staff! Grabbed some gundam stuff and the salesman made sure i had the somewhat niche stuff i might have needed to build the models.
