Everytime i come they are closed despite hours stating they are open. Its Sunday at 10:39am. Says store is open but doors are locked. This was my last attempt to come here. They clearly dont want business

I had wonderful experience while shopping there. The owner was extremely attentive and helpful. Took time to explain different products. She has 2 young kids and run the store with limited help due to the rising cost. As a suggestion, always to call the store first before coming due to unforeseen things and being a mom (needing to bring kids to appointments…etc).
The store has variety products and great prices. This will be my number one store to go to.

I've attempted to come to this location about multiple different times and there never seems to be anybody here. I've shown up again 2 hrs before they claim to closed and no one is here. They leave their lights on & their open sign on clearly for false advertisement because they do not want business.

Walked in the store and there was literally no one.. walked around trying to see if someone was there but I was alone in the store. Not only is that dangerous but super unprofessional.. I usually like this store but I don’t think Ill be coming back seen how unreliable it is.

I went during their open hours and they were not even open. I wasted gas going there because I live in kanata. I also tried calling and no one answered. Just take down ur hours or put up a sign saying ur closed. That’s false advertising. Even on the window it say they are open when they are clearly not. I was very upset.

They’re never actually open during their opening hours. Even when the open sign is on during hours of operation, the door is locked and no one answers the door or the phone when you call. Definitely don’t recommend wasting your time on this business.

Hours of operation are not accurate. Every time I’ve gone they’re closed and when I call no one answers. Bad business.

Showed up today, at 4:55PM and they are not open even thought their hours say they are open 10AM-6PM. Very annoying!

I don't know if there are two 190 Colonnade Rd in Ottawa but this address was incorrect. I called before going, I was told to come into the store. Upon getting there the store was closed at 2pm and no one was answering the phone after calling multiple times. If this is the incorrect address it needs to be updated on Google. Wasted $60 on transportation.

Bought something from them.. and they sold me a liquid which is incorrectly written... its not the product I wanted to buy.. I wanted to get the nail shine liquid but when I used it.. it gave me dry nails and my nail polish started having those white stuff.. which I am not happy about.. I live in Uxbridge ontario and as a family we went for a drive to Ottawa.. but now I am stuck with that product.
