I am super satisfied with the services on photo in this UPS store. They help you anytime to retake if the photo is not accepted for any reason. Salim patiently re took the photo until it is accepted by the online portal. Thanks for the wonderful customer service.

so this is whats called customer service and the best person you can get. so i came at store 2:40pm on Saturday and ups close at 3pm.For my luck i got Sandesh as my cashier.our shipping stuff was complicated and lot time consuming. He was well sure that if he would have to stay late but still he received our package. for our package related i had to call and confirm few things, sandesh patiently waited for me to end the call and give him all details. It was almost 3:20ish when everything was done. thank you so much.

The service at this store is incredible! They treat you like family!! They really care about customers and the service they offer shows it. I am so appreciative of the job they did on beautiful bookmarks created for a memorial service. Top Quality. Incredible customer service. Fast. Friendly. Competitive pricing. Excellent client service!!! After trying with several shipping service providers to get a parcel I had forgotten in a US hotel shipped back to me, without success, I contacted Saleem and he was able to make it happen. We worked on it on and off all day and he never dropped the ball. If it wasn't for him and his dedication to helping his clients, I would not had had peace of mind. Thank you very much Saleem. I can't tell you how happy I was to be referred to you by my brother.

I had a very fragile lamp custom packed here, for shipping to New Zealand. They made a custom box to fit the lamp and also adjusted the size of the box to ensure it would be permitted under the plane as checked baggage. Lamp arrived without any damage and in great shape. Thanks for the assistance and flexibility with a somewhat unusual packing job.
