Would give Sally-Anne a zero, out of 5 - if I could - but Google only allows a minimum rating of 1 out of 5. This organization IMO has a long and often very undistinguished history of “unhelping” the communities in which they operate. Go to St. Vincent de Paul!, or any of the other truly charitable ministries. —Reply here, for more deets… A whole essay on S.A. could be provided. -Too long for a short Google review….

Sells counterfeit goods for auction, which is illegal. Store management was hostile and mean, the employees were nice, felt sorry for them to be working under such management.

If you want normal household stuff or clothing its good deals. anything else its close to the same as online shopping. because insted of seeing what local people pay on local marketplaces they use online sales. Do yourself a favor and browse the marketplace insted of going to these stores. you may not be supporting charity but you are supporting your wallet. example of a overpriced item. a beat bicycle missing all the gears and some other things for $95 I have no idea who finds these prices but stuff like that is normal there.

Very bad experience i had when i went there 2 days ago. I forgot something which I paid for called them right away once i found out which was less than an hour. They assured me they got it and i came back but found out it wasnt the right one. They didnt lift a finger in helping me find where it is. The 2 staff i talked to was sarcastic and rude. I am definitely not going back there.

Dresses ripped and damaged, 4 of them in just the large section. Too many items crammed together, at least 40 dresses were medium and 30 were small, not to mention over 50 shirts sweaters overalls jammed in by mistake. Now, I volunteered in a thrift store of a different company. If a garment claims to be a large but is actually a small or medium, then a note could be added to tag saying measured with dressmaker's tape and is a false large, fits like a small, etc. Especially since changerooms were permanently removed nationwide. Not going back. Rather buy a dress new than spend 2 hours looking though a mess on strange hangers that keep getting tangled. Staff are very nice and doing their best so I will give 3 stars.

This place is starting to get wayy overpriced for electronics. Thrift store should also have standards and not just keep anything and everything.

$400 for a lot of used and broken cameras from the 1980s. I found 4 of those cameras on Marketplace, each were less than $20. Do yourself a favour and just go on Marketplace.
