I came on Wednesday july 31st around 5pm. The associates that was working didn’t not approach me or asked me if i needed help also they were making fun of me and gossiping like i didn’t hear what they said. Very bad customer service i think management needs to know!

Saturday April 6, 2024 at 8:25 a.m. the door to the store was semi-closed, in addition the employees forbid us from using a fitting room under the pretext that they have been cleaned, yet the store closes at 9:00 a.m.! Suffice it to say that we are not welcome!

Unpleasant Customer Service Encounter”A couple of weeks ago, I purchased a dress that was on sale, but not with red sticker. I specifically asked the cashier if it was returnable, and she assured me that I could return it within 14 days unless it was marked as a final sale. However, when I tried to return the dress a few days later, the cashier was extremely rude and insisted that it was indeed a final sale. The inconsistency in their response and the abrupt manner in which they handled the situation left me feeling frustrated and disappointed.

I visited this shop last Friday looking for a Scarf shawl for my Mother. The staffs were talking to each other at the back when I entered to the shop. Since I was not asked for any help but them continued their talking. At last I went to them. The teenagers (staffs) who worked there laughed at me when I asked for the help. However, I found what I want without their help later. But i felt it as very rude, racist and bad customer service. I had to leave that place right away. Not happy with their service. I’m pretty sure their parents are immigrants too. No matter what race, these teenagers should learn how to behave to any customers and deliver a quality customer service. If they can’t they shouldn’t be working there.

Very much dissappointed by the service at the front desk as she took 20 mins to checkout my 1 product. Also, my friend wanted to try a night dress but they didn't allow by saying it is gift pack. Also she said there is no return policy if u buy it. We very treated very rude by Naomi.

Just went in and the one person working was sitting on the counter and I asked if they had anything plaid and she said she didn’t know what that meant and to go somewhere else. Pretty sad.

I had so many clothes in my hands when I went to cash counter and there was standing Ast.Manager Natalie. She was awesome ?. She literally filled my friend role that day and told me which one I might really need and helped me with the right choice. I left home happy. Thank you Natalie ?

I purchased a dress I wasn't 100% sure about and was assured by the cashier that it was refundable in cash within 14 days of purchase. However when I went to return the dress 4 days later was told they would only give me store credit, no refunds.

SCAM!! SCAM!! SCAM!!We bought the prestige membership two months ago, with the hopes of receiving ADDITIONAL 30% OFF on my birthday. Took valuable time out on my birthday to buy the items I had pre picked. I was denied the discount with the false and fake explanation that this term of the membership doesn’t apply anymore. I have attached the picture of the membership cards still available at the branch which explicitly says there is 30% off for birthdays.Suzy Sheir in Bayshore Mall is running an Unethical busniess practice, telling lies to their customers to sell their memberships with pathetic false promises. Horrible customer service..Suzy Shier needs to take notice about this branch so that No switch and bate practices are happening in this branch.To sum it up, cancelling my membership, PATHETIC SCAMMERS!!
