Supplement King is hands down a five star store! Their selection of supplements is fantastic, covering everything from pre workout to vitamins. The staff is super helpful and really knows their stuff. The store is always clean and well-organized, making shopping there a breeze. With great prices and frequent sales it’s a win-win. I highly recommend Supplement King for anyone looking for top-quality supplements and exceptional service.

Double-check receipts. I was overcharged twice, and when I came back to get it resolved, I was not refunded all of what I was owed. I was also asked to come back another time to have it resolved. I wasn't given any return receipts (apparently the machine was out of receipt paper, and couldn't be refilled?), or my original purchase receipt.

I recently bought creatine from this store. When I got home, I found out the taste not good at all and as the sales person said I can return it I went to return it immediately but they refused to return and they refused to give me a refund and only offered store credit. But they also don’t have a store credit cards, so they said they will call back when receive new cards and they called just after one month and when I visited the store again to return it they said no it’s over a month now! What's worse. This is very unacceptable. Avoid this location.

it's 1015am, should've been opened at 930...
Time is money, I won't drive 15 mins to come to this store again and risk it being closed.

I recently bought protein powder from Supplement King Barrhaven. When I got home, I found out it was expired. When I went back to the store to return it, they refused to give me a refund and only offered store credit. What's worse, the cashier, Ali G, seemed to know it was expired but still sold it to me.
This is very unacceptable. Avoid this location.

I don’t often leave reviews but had to for some excellent staff. Connor was extremely helpful and super knowledgeable, he gave me many tips in which supplements to take in order to hit my workout goals.

Was in to pick up some Grenade bars & glutamine the other day. Had never visited this store before. Very friendly & knowledgeable staff. Extremely helpful. Noticed that the store was also very neat & clean. Will certainly return!

So disapointed. Never coming back. Purchases a product based on the price posted. Noticing i paid way too much (20$ more) i returned today to be told that the pricing is misplaced and is for the products beside. On top of that they refused to give me a refund and only gift card. 60$ in the garbage. Honestly never recommending again. Thats complete bs. You guys make a mistake posging your prices and i have to pay? Terrible service.

Asked the worker what their return policy was since I'm not huge into some flavors. She told me they don't do returns unless you're physically sick from the supplements. Turn out they can do returns. I suggest they teach their employees properly.

I never comment on google review unless I had something bad to say. But I’m posting this review to let the manager or the owner know that the gentlemen who served me today ( at the barrhaven location on Sunday October 27 2019 at 4:30pm) was extremely polite, helpful and kind. I stopped going to supplement stores and order online because of bad service but this changed things for me and now I’ll be coming to your store for all my needs.
Give that guy my thanks
