They have amazing collection and deals for Black Friday. The only complaint I had is the lady on the front, who was shouting on the cashier for making mistakes and arguing with her in front of 8-10 customers.She should know how to behave at least in front of the customer.

Went in to look for an item. Worker helped me find the item, decided I didn't want the item but the location where it was grabbed from was very busy so I placed it on a box near. Went to the leave the store and was chased down by the worker asking where the item was. I explained that the item was placed near it cause I couldn't put it back in the proper space.I don't like to be accused of stealing a 25$ item, absolutely disgusting how the first thing she assumed was I stole it. Very unimpressed and won't go back to this store again.

Went in when no customers were around. Staff never welcomed nor greeted us. Never came to us to ask if we needed help.

I am extremely disappointed with the poor communication from the lady at this store. I placed two online orders with Stokes, totaling 31 items, which I returned to the store just four days after receiving them. Out of the nine bowls and three butter containers I purchased, five bowls and all three containers were defective, with damaged packaging. Additionally, the packaging of the two can openers was also severely damaged, and it was evident that they had been stored in the warehouse for an extended period of time. The packaging had discolored from white to yellow, further indicating their poor condition. I was shocked to find that out of 31 items, 10 were damaged, indicating a lack of quality control in the warehouse.Instead of apologizing for sending defective items, the lady at the store accused me of using the can opener and butter containers, despite the fact that they still had their tags on. She even expressed concern about the limited possibility of reselling one of the can openers in the future, considering its current condition. She told that I should visit the store in person to inspect items before purchasing, rather than relying on online shopping. Not only did no one bother to apologize for sending me defective items, but they also accused me of using some of the items. I have never had such a terrible experience in any other stores in Canada. This will be my last visit to this store.

Great products but rude and unfriendly staff. I waited in line for 10 minutes while the one person working in the store happily dealt with the customers ahead of me, running back-and-forth to the back room to find the boxes and accommodate them anyway she can. When it came to me, she didn’t even bother to greet me. She just scanned my items or gave me. My total tried to make me buy other products at the cash and then handed me my bag. Wouldn’t look me in the eye rude as all hell.

I bought a dinnerware set 4 months ago, but the colors faded. The plate looks awfully. Stokes says if you use regular, it is normal. It s not normal because my previous one I used for 9 years, it looks like new. Dont even scratch. Why do you write a dishwasher safe under plate? I never buy anything from Stoke. Very bad customer satisfaction.

I really disappointed by the fact that I couldn’t get refund from my purchase in the store. I am not sure others, but the item I bought really didn’t work for me at all. The sale was not helpful for helping me out to find the truth of refund policy. The receipt gave me very vague concept of how to return unwanted stuff. I won’t shop there again. If I could, I would give the store 0 star. I highly recommend people to find out their refund policy before they purchase the items.
