I was in at the Bayshore Shopping Mall on the weekend looking for a men's shirt and was served by Nicole, she was very helpful, courteous and to the point. Brought me to the shirt that would fit me (knowing the shirt sizes were a bit smaller suggested a 1/2 size larger, I tried it on, and it fit me perfectly. She suggested a tie and helped me pick one out, then informing me that the one I picked was part of the sale and it was included in the price of the shirt. Awesome !!What a great experience I had with a great sales person and the store offered a quality product 5 stars in my books, Well done Nicole

Horrible. 4th and last time I will set foot there.1st experience a few years ago (Bayshore) it was fantastic...walked away with a great suit. Honestly amazing experience.2nd time I bought a dress shirt, and I admit a little hastily on my part I thought it fit well until the day before my function...waaay to frumpy.3rd visit was to return it (3days later)..I couldn't. Original bag, receipt etc etc. Fed up arguing, I left.4th time(tonight) 2 clerk's there, I was ONLY customer. Not a word spoken to me, nor acknowledgement. Was it the rock shirt and camo shorts I wore? So I walked about the store to see if/when I would be asked if I needed help...not a word. Fed up I walked out and bought 2 suits elsewhere and went home.Never. Again.

Very good price for men shirt suit and ties maybe add 1 more person in store it will make the service more joyful

Terrible experience. My husband and I were in because he needed a suit for work. The 2 people working did not greet us and actually stood towards the back of the store watching us to the point of making us feel uncomfortable. I pointed towards them and said maybe they could help us but neither approached and one yelled across the store "did you want help?" We decided to just leave and went across the hall where they were much more helpful and made our purchace there instead.
