Very impressed by the service offered in this store by Nathan. He was knowledgeable and took time to understand my exact needs in running shoes, even though he was juggling several clients at the same time, all while displaying a calm and friendly demeanour. Excellent service and many models of sports shoes for all sports. I would have liked a better color choice but that does not mean they don't have a good selection. I got an excellent walking shoe. Thank you to the young man that helped me.

Unbelievably good service in getting the right shoe. Went to another store first and asked if they could do a gait assessment. They didn't know what I was talking about. Nathan at Sports 4 was fantastic.

This was our first time coming to Sports 4, and the experience was nothing but amazing and impressive! Nathan was super patient, knowledgeable, and enthusiastic when my helping my daughter find shoes. It took about 1 hour and many different pairs and types of shoes, but we never felt rushed into making a decision. Not only did we end up buying 2 pairs of shoes that my daughter really liked and fit her feet well, but Nathan also gave us recommendations and tips on what to look out for when selecting shoes in the future.
