I love SoftMoc shoes, I'm all about comfort with style. But you have to do better with training your staff. I'm a postpartum mom returning to work after almost a year on mat leave. It's not like your products are cheap, and I was willing to make a good purchase. However your sales associates were uninterested and dismissive. Perhaps I got misjudged as a broke student because of the way I was dressed but your store lost on a big sale because the staff were unwilling to move a limb to help out a customer. I understand not having the time to engage with a window shopper during a busy session but your store was empty, I was the only customer and not only did I have to bring the shoe to the counter to show them what I wanted to try, I had to ask them twice to bring me the pair. Please do better.

I recently had the pleasure of visiting the Bayshore location, and I must say, it was an exceptional shopping experience that I won't soon forget! From the moment I stepped inside, I was greeted with warm smiles and genuine enthusiasm by Doreen and Lina.Their customer service was simply outstanding. They went above and beyond to make me feel welcome and valued as a customer. Not only were they knowledgeable about their products, but they also took the time to understand my preferences and needs, ensuring I found the perfect items for me.Moreover, what struck me most was their genuine interest in building a connection with their customers. They engaged in friendly conversations, making me feel like I was shopping with friends rather than in a store. This personalized touch is what sets Doreen and Lina from others.In conclusion, I can't recommend Bayshore Softmoc enough for their exceptional customer service. The team's passion, knowledge, and dedication to providing a wonderful shopping experience make this store a hidden gem. If you're looking for a place where you'll be treated with genuine care and find fantastic products, this is the place to go. Great place to buy any footwear you need. Amazing staff. Specially Rena! She was so sweet and welcoming. And was really patient with me. She had so much positive energy which made me more comfortable to ask for help when I needed it. Will definitely go there again. Great staff.

Went to try and find some Teva's. The staff were super duper helpful in helping me try on a bunch of styles, sizes and colours. Even when they didn't have my size in stock they offered helped me order the pair I wanted online! Def going back for the next pair!

Came in looking for a new pair of summer shoes and the staff gave me super helpful suggestions and presented me with a variety of options. Settled on a pair I really like and can’t wait to come back in the fall to make a selection for the winter wardrobe!

The customer service here is horrendous, I mean not even a greeting?! I stood there waiting to ask a question but the girl at the cash (Amelia) was ignoring me the whole time, I’ve never met her before yet all her coworkers were the only ones tending to me as a customer. She also did this to other people of colour in the store. This is not how customer service works in retail coming from a manager of a retail store this looks bad on your end. Doesn’t even deserve a star.

On Feb. 04 Saturday, me and my family went to Softmoc at the Bayshore to do some shopping. Oh my god, the sales representative (Rena) was so rude, i have never seen before. No smile at all on her face. I doubt if she learned how to smile. She helped us as we asked for and each time we said "thank you", she did not even replied anything. I don't know if she even welcomed us in the store. We bought over few hundreds of dollars items and as if she is giving us favour. But the other girl working with her was very nice and friendly. It is very unfortunate that how the company can hire these type of front line worker for these type of valuable business. Only expectation I had was friendly attitude and smile. That's all.... Thank you

Ladies in the store were wonderful, the customer service sucks.Found the perfect pair of boots which I've been searching for forever, apparently had been incorrectly priced. Staffers went to ring in the boots, but they were much higher than priced. They tried to adjust, but couldn't and needed clearance to do so.When they contacted whoever they need to, they refused to honor the price that was all over their store and that was on the boots themselves. They admitted that it was their issue, and they had everything tagged wrong, but refused to honor the price. Contacted customer care and they don't care either.Absolutely disgusted with this company will never buy from them! Buyer beware, you may not get the price you think you're going to get!!!Edit to add: they've advised to reach out to customer care and we will address the issue.... I already reached out to customer care and they doubled down they don't care to actually resolve the issue. I stand by what I said don't shop here.

Very rude staff...disinterested and clearly don't work on commission.Good quality boots...bought 2 pairs even though the staff was such a shocking reflection.
