i went here to buy two drinks for me and my boyfriend who was across the street, when i was paying the machine said approved and the cashier nodded to me that it was okay and it went through. I ran across the street to meet my boyfriend who was thirsty and get called back aggressively because there was a problem. i was told it did not go through so i check my bank statements that shows i have payed and i am now i have 8$ less in my bank, he asks me to try again and when i do it doesn’t go through because my 8$ was spent so i don’t have enough money. i asked to see my receipt to prove to me that the transaction failed the first time (when it took my money), he then stated that there isn’t a receipt, but i have worked in retail and i know that if the transaction goes in or not a receipt always comes out even if it says transaction not complicated. he argued with me and would not let me leave with the drinks that i have payed for witan proof of it. so i put the drinks on the counter and walk out to go to another gas station. later that evening two friends of mine go in (he didn’t know we knew each other) and have similar interactions with the worker, where he tried to take there money as well. we all went in around 30 minutes apart and had no idea each other went there until it came up in conversation hours later. i am extremely disappointed and will never go back. what a scam!

Store rejected me to enter even it shows 24h open, with no store hours posted on the door. Completely unacceptable. And I can see another person with no uniform inside. This convenience store is not convenient.

This location does not accept airmiles after 6pm. They tell customers to go to another shell location if they want to pay with airmiles....

I am a regular customer of gas station the one of the cashier who name is navdeep he is very nice, politely nature,friendly. He is treat the customer with very wisely.I definitely go over there because the location is also good.

The guy who is work there talk to me in a really bad way he don’t wanna check the lotto for me. He asked me to go to the machine nobody was waiting there there’s no reason and I explain for him I can’t because keep saying not available. He said it’s just in front of your eyes. I can’t do anything and he didn’t check.

The older East Indian owner/operator of this Shell gas station is the most incompetent, rudest, customer service lacking individual I've ever dealt with. Hurling insults at customers will get you no where buddy, and She'll corporate office will be getting an official complaint. Avoid this Gas Station at all Costs!!!
