Very good service on recent visit. I was unclear about exactly what I went I for at first. The paralysis of choice, perhaps, or too rushed. Catherine worked from what I had outlined. I was tactfully guided from dithering to a credible result, all discretely rather than pushily. The items I required appeared, in the size I needed, with a mildly uncanny efficiency. One thing was found for me before I had thought to ask for it. An unpleasant errand was diverted from mostly-self-inflicted clothes-shopping misery, for a very welcome change. Much obliged.

Make sure you check the fabric composition before buying anything. I almost purchased $120 dress before checking the tag quickly and discovering it was viscose (rayon). Viscose is probably the cheapest, junky fabric you could ever make clothing out of. Not to mention I would be absolutely sweating to death since it doesn't breathe.Shame on RW&Co - do better.

Workers are aweful they don't entertain you or help you, unless you walked in with suit and full of make up. And the funny thing is we bought stuff,but the person that they entertain as soon as she walked in she buy nothing.

Have never had such bad service. Was at Bayshore rw&co, purchased 410$ of clothing, noticed that the sale price was not given on 1 shirt so went back in to get it corrected, manager said oh that sticker was on by mistake. Asked to have the sales price as if not we would not have purchased, he reluctantly agreed to do it but then proceeded to say “please remove those smirks off your faces! Which we did not have! Was so insulted to be spoken that way by a child that we returned our entire purchase and will never return! Awful experience that ruined our entire night!

The girl complaining about the smiles I was there during that whole thing and they were totally in the wrong and giving huge attitude. If you ask me that’s child like behaviour. Normalize customer service workers not having to put up with bs just because someone thinks the world revolves around them.

Cheap clothes at high prices. When the clothes inevitably fall apart within 2 months, the store and customer service will do nothing. They only guarantee their products for 30 days! 3 pairs of $100 “joggers” were garbage within 90 days. Don’t waste your money or your time!

Unfortunately, I did not have a good experience at this location. I went to visit the store last night, whose hours were posted as 10:00am to 8:00pm, arriving at 7pm to find the store closed. I went home and ordered a dress that I liked on line, and requested to pick it up in the store. I was hoping to pick it up the next day. When I arrived the girls said that they had been very busy this morning and had not pulled the online orders yet. I asked if it was possible to collect mine as I needed it for a wedding I was attending. They made me feel like I was horrible for even asking them to go out of their way. Reluctantly, they were able to get my order together (1 dress) and allow me to pick it up. I did notice that the price on the dress had changed from yesterday and was less expensive. I asked if it could be price adjusted and she said no we do not do price adjustments on items bought online. There was no attempt to ask or even try to see if it could be done. I looked online and the price of the dress had changed online as well. I left the store feeling like somehow I was to blame for inconveniencing the staff.I decided to call customer service and try to get the issue fixed with them when I got home. The representative told me that "they do not do price adjustments on previously purchased items". This was not what I was told in store and does not make sense. So I asked if I could return the item and then buy it back at the sale price to which the representative said yes you can. Wouldn't it just be easier to price adjust the item? I then asked for the call to be escalated and was put on a list so someone could call me back. I am still waiting and not at all happy with the service. I have never had an issue purchasing or price adjusting anything with RW&CO and was shocked when they said no. I am disappointed and will not shop here again unfortunately.

I was a loyal customer for years. Always found the sizing to fit small and had to go up a size. I gained a small amount of weight and now I dont even go in because I know nothing will fit. Why they haven't started to make inclusive sizing is disappointing. Lost a customer here...

Was greeted not with a, hey how are you, but with a - we only allow 6 items in the change room. Lady didn't ask about any sizing I might have needed or why I was in there. She attended to one young, tall female customer religiously and didn't ask how my clothes fit once I did try them on. The second customer service rep then started her shift, asked how it went, I asked her what the name of the pant was and she said I don't know, I literally just got back from vacation.I'm sure the young tall girl buying the suit had a 5 out of 5 experience, and I had a terrible one. Ended up going to Aritzia to buy my pants instead. Customer service matters! Make people feel welcome for goodness sake.

This store has great selection, fashions, and the employees can be very helpful when trying to find something.The only issue I've had is returning clothes when a lady named Arvo is working. She almost refuses to make your return lol (likely because it will affect her sales quota for the day). Other than that, the store is great.
