I didn’t have a great time when I was last there to find a dress. The associate that was on cash was hostile when I didn’t want to give my email to them and told me that I couldn’t put a dress on hold. That’s understandable considering that’s their policy, it was the way in which it was conveyed that was the problem. She huffed like she had to explain it 8 times in a row before I understood. I got it the first time, but I can see her being upset if I gave her some pushback but I didn’t. The associate on cash seemed very short with me and was really rude when I tried to give her the dress. Maybe she was just having a bad day, but those around her were in a better mood. I’ve been in retail myself, so I’m going to chalk it up to a bad day. The service may be better if I go in again, I just felt really uncomfortable so I left to go elsewhere.

I had extremely pleasant visit at this story. Not only were the clothes absolutely adorable, in wide range of styles and colors but the customer service was top notch. They ordered an item in size for me they were missing from stock as well as offered me a bunch of coupons for other visits!Definately will be coming back.

I received really great service from the staff at this store! I went on a Saturday morning, they did not have my size in an item. The lady assured me if I placed the order with the store I would get it by Wednesday… I got it Tuesday! Very impressed! Definitely shopping there again.

Clothing is of good quality, good fit and feels comfortable. Nice selection of basics. The staff here were very attentive and friendly on a busy Saturday afternoon.

Horrible service, unhelpful employees who don’t say hello when you walk in, and cashier was impolite and snappy. Do not recommend this over priced clothing store.
