That’s a place to go If you want to pay a lot for service that would last for less than a week .My worst experience was there.Not professional and quality of their service is really poor.

I love this place as well, they let me do a walk in after getting bad service at another place I went and they were able to fix the issue, It is best to call and make an appointment as they are very busy and they have a rewards card too.

I asked for shellac French manicure on my natural nails.Constantly forced to go for fake nails. I did not agree. They used gel polish and shape was very uneven. He filed my natural nails so much. Oil was used right after filing nails. Polish was applied very unevenly. They looked awful. Gel chipped next day on 2 fingers and lifted within 2 days.Never ever use oil after filing nails!!!!

I wish there was an option to give 0 stars as this place is truly deserving of that. I made an appointment for an acrylic refill as my usual salon was fully booked. I arrived 2 minutes late, and was made to wait for over 30 minutes without an ounce of communication. The only service I received was having the little design I had on my nails removed which took over 10 minutes. While I can understand the person that took off my polish may have been new to doing nails, the lack of communication from any of the senior technicians was insulting. They ended up prioritizing another woman who came after and was receiving the same service as me without telling me a word and even managed to do a completely different person’s brows without communicating these delays to me. They only spoke to me when I made it clear that I was leaving after waiting that long and tried to keep me there by offering to do it quickly, even though the person they said would do them was still working on another clients hands. No one wants to feel ignored or rushed during a service they intend to pay for and this place will do exactly that.

I got my nails done in Toronto (so they were very well done), however, it was time for them to be removed. I went to Regal Nails to have them removed, and it took roughly 2 hours and the nail tech used the sanding machine and completely removed my nail bed on a few nails. I started feeling the burn as she was sanding down some of my nails, and I pulled my hand away, and she told me "I have years of experience doing this, don't worry".... never coming back here ever again.... only God knows how long it will take for my nails to regrow.

First of all I asked for solar full set they used the dip, I asked for dark white this is what I got right there I asked to put dark white..they said oh no its nice like that I was so tired of sitting there I said whatever. This one week after 149.00 that's alot of money in our days....worst place I ever went to believe me
