Purolator has never delivered an item to it's destination. The parcel always ends up at the warehouse where you have to go pick it up.What's the point of using them?Please save yourself time, and use another delivery company.

I am writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction with Purolator’s service. I attempted to send a single document internationally and paid premium fees of $250 for the service. Despite this, it took an entire month for the document to be processed, and ultimately, it failed to clear customs.To add insult to injury, when I requested the document to be returned to me, I was charged an additional $50! This is not only illogical but also seems to lack any sense of fair business practice.I am deeply disappointed with Purolator’s service and the unexpected costs that I have incurred. I hope this issue will be addressed promptly.

Terrible service, because there is no other competitor. Even Canada Post has better efficiency and better service. The company has many regulations and none of them is protecting the consumer, the staffs are tough people who clearly dislike their job and dislike the consumer. There is no respect to the consumers and especially the minority community.

The worst! A delivery was attempted while I was out which apparently required signature (I was not informed of this or the delivery beforehand). No notice was left at my house. I only found out about the delivery attempt by using the tracking email from the retailer I had ordered from. It then only said, attempted, then delivery on hold. I had to use a virtual chat on the Purolator site to finally find out that my package was being held indefinitely at another retailer's store and that there was no plan to ever even tell me about this!!!! Absolutely the worst service ever. Especially at Christmas when waiting for kids' presents to arrive on time!

delayed for 4 days, not updates online.when you try to call the customer service, waiting time is over 30 minutes. What a joke.

I received a delivery notice that I should come to this spot to pick up my item, and the delivery guy in the phone told be that as well. When I went there the lady told me the item was delivered to a purolator place 30 mins away, and the only two options I have: to go there and pick it up or call the sender for item redelivery to this spot on Monday. The purolator phone takes over 45 minutes to get answered. The worst delivery experience I’ve ever had before.

They dont leave notices of where they brought your package. No local number to call, over 45mins to hold for the 1800 number and the chat function takes so long to connect to a person its times out and I have to start all over again. This is the worst service Ive ever experienced. The gentleman who called didn't say where my package was just that its being held for 5business days.

My husband went to pick up a package that contained a brand new cell phone and was told that it has already been signed for and picked up. When he told the employee that that was impossible, he was told there was nothing they could do. My husband had the pick up slip and the signature that they showed him was unreadable. How was someone able to steal our package without the pick up slip and ID showing our address? This is theft. Unacceptable.
