I had rear suspension noise on my q50 that was investigated by dealer. Changed out sway bar end links and sway bar bushings. Noise continued. Decided to try Protech and they were able to find the noise issue and replaced rear shock and mount and I was good to go again. First time going to non dealer shop in over 30 years and would for sure use Protech in the future.

What a great place this is! If you're looking for a family owned mechanic who really knows their stuff, this is the place. Hasan did a really thorough job, and at short notice, and really really fairly priced. Really professional and friendly, and explains everything. Definitely worth going to!

I have been using Protech Auto for the last 5 years, since I arrive in Ontario. I have a Mazda 3 with 370K km on it, Protech Auto is performing all of the repairs and regular maintenance. I felt safe as the car never caused me any problems on the road, I felt grateful to Protech for the good work they do, to be able to drive this car 200K, all over the Province and in severe Winter conditions. This year I had to criss-cross America twice, crossing deserts on desolated roads and in extreme heat, this is where I really appreciated the skills and the care Protech puts in their work. This is where I realize how extremely important is to have a good, caring mechanic working on your vehicle. Protech is the best auto repair shop I have ever had the privilege to experience. They are extremely fair and will save you money, if there is an opportunity.
