I switched to this Pharmasave from Shoppers with the hope that at the bare minimum they could at least fill my prescription without me having to walk in to ask for it 2 days after requesting it online (which Shoppers could never seem to do). From day one this pharmacy has exceeded my expectations by far! I ended up convincing my partner to switch pharmacies to this one too.
My prescriptions are always filled in a timely manner, they have made accommodations for me when my doctor was slow to get back with a refill, and they have always gone out of their way to make sure I am paying the best price they can possibly give me for my medication. Most days I am also greeted by my name when I walk in, which is a small thing but a type of courtesy that I have never experienced from a pharmacy before. There is a reason this pharmacy has no bad reviews :)

A pharmacy containing employees with perfected interpersonal skills. A quickly-developed trusting relationship was established within days. After attempting to return to a “Shoppers” due to vehicle accessibility difficulties, I quickly resent the prescription back to Respect Rx without any care of the distance. I’ve never looked forward to visiting a pharmacy prior to discovering this one.

They truly carry their name, what a respectful place to spend time. Everyone is so friendly and they are literally doing the best they can to help you as Quickly as possible. I have been to many different pharmacies yet, this one deserves more than 5*****. Thank you for your great customer service.P.S,I went for my flu shot and vaccine

Amazing service. The pharmacy team will always go through your prescription with you and answer any questions, and they never make me feel rushed or foolish. They also point out if they think there's something unusual about your Rx that you should bring up with your doctor.

The pharmacist here, named Ryan, only cares about patients that buy him baby carriages and do other favours for him. I know this because my boyfriend really needed help but ended up being threatened and intimidated into going to another clinic because he stopped buying the opiates that the patients here are putting onto the street. It really made me uncomfortable knowing that someone can walk in here and then walk out with 100's of dollars worth of opiates that they put right into the street. I personally filed a report with the clinic with the intention of keeping the issue "in house" but was shocked when they fired the person I reported it to and have no clue if anything was actually written down or filed, so I have no other choice but to make everything public.

I have dealt with a lot of pharmacies thru the years but since I've changed over to Ryan's I must say I couldn't hv made a better choice every individual I'm there is polite and friendly I was having a crisis and thankfully Ryan was able to help me out a couple times if it wasn't for his empathy I don't know what I'd do

In one voicemail message, I've got more kindness here than every other pharmacy I've been to.I have to say that after reading reviews and being with Shoppers/bigger name pharmacies for so long, you really come to expect 'okay' service. Ryan just left the most empathetic introductory voicemail on my phone and it's already been an incredible experience to have transferred my prescription over.If you're having thoughts, the form is super easy to use and you will not be disappointed.

The owner and staff of this pharmacy are the absolute, most amazing, caring staff I have ever experienced in a pharmacy.I have suffered from chronic pain for eight years and between two cities and experiences at almost a dozen different pharmacies, I was so used to be treated like I was sub human that when I left this pharmacy I actually cried in my car. To every pharmacy except one in my old city, I was looked at and treated as a pariah, a burden on society or another drug seeker, regardless of how my medical condition is clearly documented in my file or how many other meds I have to take simply to get out of bed.This pharmacy treats you like a person, a human who matters and not only needs but deserves compassionate care and treatment. They are kind, informative and helpful. I will drive the 20 minutes there, past thirty other pharmacies just to go here and be treated like I matter - because I DO, all of us do!Serious kudos to the environment created by the owner and team who work there every day and make a difference in so many ways to so many people. Thank you all.
